梅德福長島舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Medford-Long Island)

I loved my stay at this hotel. Outside, we still have 7/11, Dunkin Donuts and some restaurants around you.

I had a very good experience it was a very nice time there

They took $100 deposit????! To refund in 10 business days, so 2 weeks!!!! Insane. No wifi Front desk rude and unknowledgable. Room SMELLED like mildew and gave me asthma. hot.

Check in was needed at 1100...according to the ******* website early check in was a possibility, however at the hotel this was not possible. And moreover because i reserved thru your site (which is considered as 3rd party reservation) i could not even transfer to a lesser or same level room. I could not cancel my reservation and instead forced by my early arrival in a snowfall, i had to reserve another room costing $135. Sadly wasting a whole other room that would not be available for hours. I think i should be reimbursed for your false advertising of the possibility of early check-in... for the sake of customer please refund or give credit for the xtra $135 i had to pay...thank you

No dogs are allowed, yet a woman in one of the rooms near mine came down the hall with a dog, walked it outside, then put it back in the room, right in front of hotel staff and nothing was said or done. Also, people were bringing shopping bags to the breakfast buffet and stealing food to take with them. Should only be allowed to eat breakfast in the dining room. No "to go" food.

When we arrived at the hotel, the room that we were given to, by the young man at the desk was overlooking the parking lot and street view, so there was a lot of noise and a lot of lights so we asked to be moved. He moved us up to the second floor, which is basically the same thing at about 4 o’clock in the morning three men were under our windows, making so much noise. We did ask them to move the next day. I went downstairs, and I spoke to Charlie who was Amazing. He helped us to find a room on the side no noise, no street lies. It was the best room ever that we had the bathroom was nice and big in the first two rooms the bathrooms were so small probably a midget can accommodate that but we give a lot of shout out to Charlie. He was amazing and they should be very lucky to have him. Thank you .

I enjoyed my stay in every way except something has to be done with your credit card security system. I struggled with using it every time I came in and out of the building. Most aggravating! Very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Amazing time, fantastic room with very nice hotel staff, highly recommend for people, breakfast was very good too

I went down to L.I., to see family for Chris**as. This hotel has improved 100% since the last time I stayed there.
