Muy caro NO recomendable, sin el servicio y calidad que cobran, nuestra habitación no tenia refrigerador, ni ganchos para colgar ropa, un poste en medio de la cama que no permite ver la tv, una suite de 2 habitaciones con una regadera, no habia papel de baño para reemplazar, la segunda habitación pequeña, fuimos al bar y paso media hr y a pesar de que esta el servicio nadie nos ofreció nada , nos veían sentados y como si fueramos invisibles, el lavamanos muy pequeño y con lo mínimo de amenitis, no hay donde colgar as toallas, muy poco amables y serviciales , tenian muy poco hielo por tener una maquina insuficiente para lo que necesitan, pedimos martinis por fin que nos atendieran y nos dijeron que no tenian para hacerlos después de que vimos pasar varios. En el desayuno tuvimos que pedir que nos atendieran porque nos veían sentados y éramos otra vez invencibles y pagamos aproximadamente de 1400 libras por 2 noches. Lo que es peor es que son cero serviciales, llegamos con nuestras maletas después de horas de viaje y no hubo nadie que nos ayudara a llevar las maletas y mi esposo y yo operados de la espalda tuvimos que ayudar a la de recepción a llevar las maletas, no hay nadie que haga esto y tienes que cargarlas porque una parte del camino son de grava hacia las suites . Es muy muy caro para lo que te ofrecen no te s de 4 estrellas sería bueno que revisaran que no cumple con esa categoría. Lo que si es muy recomendable Es la cama y la regadera. Esos comentarios los ofrezco para que mejoren su servicio porque no puede ser un hotel catalogado de cuatro estrellas con todas estas cosas.

Sicuramente la struttura più fresca e nuova fin qui vista, boutique hotel che avrebbe tutte le caratteristiche per essere davvero top. Peccato per il servizio e il personale … davvero scostante (eccezion fatta per gli stagionali che si danno da fare per ‘accontentare gli scontenti’). Un esempio tra gli altri: all’arrivo chiedo se si può accendere il riscaldamento per togliere umidità e mi tocca il ‘pensavo fosse acceso’, ‘scendo e le faccio sapere’. Ovviamente più nulla fino al mattino quando vedo stufette elettriche che corrono da una stanza all’altra. A volte le cose è meglio dirle. Tutto un po’ così, qualche sorriso e un po’ di morbidezza in più non guasterebbero.

Un hotel precioso, con vistas espectaculares desde la habitación y un servicio excelente, con un personal muy amble y profesional. Fuimos atendidos de forma excente por un magnífico profesional llamado stephano. Recomiendo la visita al hotell

The staff at Duisdale House are the most genuine and kind people in Scotland! After a week of traveling through the country, this property and their staff stand out as the most memorable and welcoming stay! The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable with welcoming amenities. The restaurant offers incredibly delicious entrees. I highly recommend this hotel! It was our best night in Scotland!

What a place! We arrived around 5PM on a lovely mid June day. The view from the front is breathtaking, looking over the water to hills in the distance. We knew when we booked the hotel that the room was “cozy”; we also knew what cozy meant. We were only there for one night so it was not a problem, plus the weather was nice so it was better to spend time outside or in the lounge. We were there during a warm spell in Scotland where there is no A/C. We were on the second floor so we could open a window without worrying about bugs. We had a breeze so we’re quite comfortable sleeping. There is no lift but no problem for the staff. We were on an 11 day trip with no access to laundry so we were not traveling light. No problem for the staff. They easily helped by carrying the luggage up the stairs on checkin and down on checkout. We had a drink after arriving, sitting outside enjoying the setting and the view of the sun hitting hills across the water. Dinner was fantastic. Out of 11 dinners we had in Scotland, this was one of the four best and two of those were at Michelin starred restaurants. Breakfast was not a buffet yet with a starter and main course, everything we wanted was available. Just as important to my wife and I, the portions were suitable to two people who don’t like to overeat or waste food.
