We stayed at this hotel in June for 3 nights. I booked 4 nights, but due to our flight being cancelled from Singapore, we arrived a day later and therefore, only stayed there for 3 nights. I booked through *********** and was prepared to pay for 4 nights. However, the owner said that I paid cash, he would not charge me for the night we didn't stay at the hotel. I paid him in cash what he asked for. When I got home last month, I realised that he also charged my Credit Card for the 4th night. I contacted the owner and asked for a refund. He simply ignored me despite trying a few times. I disputed the transaction with my bank, but they say that it was too late to dispute it. So, I am out of pocket AUD150. That aside, the hotel is in excellent location. Rooms are ok. Breakfast is terrible. On our last morning, we went out to eat breakfast as we couldn't imagine eating that same terrible breakfast again, third morning in a row.
