The worst 5* hotel i ever stayed. In the bathroom (for both rooms) is not functioning the exhaust fan and low intensity of light. The shower head was leaking from every connection. The entrance at the pool they told me is for free but when we was ready to go at the poop they said that is mandatory to wear a head protection and to pay 150 TL for each. When i asked if is mandatory to use that one for the hair from head... what solution you have for body hair, they didn't know what to answer. On arrival, they retain the car key and in the evening the car was parked in front of the hotel but in the morning was parked at -1. I will not come back again on this hotel and i will not recomend to anyone to come here. You pay for 5* but the conditions and services are for max. 3*

Hotel afastado do centro histórico mas com uma ótima infraestrutura. Possui um estação do metrô de superficie muito próxima e cercada de opções de restaurante e supermercado. Quartos amplos, confortáveis e limpos. Quanto tem um grande fluxo de excursões os elevadores não dão conta de atender os hóspedes com rapies e agilidade.

Overall very good experience, all staff make you feel very welcome. Room was clean, food is very good and fresh. Burcu was very helpful with anything I needed. Spa centre is amazing with Turkish bath and relaxing massage. Highly recommended for anybody wishing to visit Istanbul.

I came to this hotel actually for getting health service from clinic and tehy are very helpful all time , Mr kaan and Mr eyup helped me for my problems thank to them for that , and staff are fast about service and help thank you for everything and réception

Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is adequate, staff is friendly. Restaurant on top floor has an amazing panaromic view. Rooms are clean. Spa center has indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and turkish bath. Massage service is perfect

A éviter à tout prix !! En effet je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel qui est en autre situé en fait dans un quartier un peu malfamé et sale . D’autre part , leur climatisation est vraiment un très problème et ce durant tout le séjour au point d être réveillé chaque nuit . Enfin concernant tout le reste des prestations , cet hôtel n est pas du tout à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles . En résumé , ai sincèrement été très très déçue …!!!
