Hôtel très bien situé, rue très animée. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine, je recommande ! Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Beaucoup de boutiques et restaurants à proximité, les chambres avec vue sur la mer sont superbes! Nous reviendrons

Украли деньги из номера!!! После уборки не досчитались приличной суммы! Персонал был вообще не заинтересован в какой либо помощи They stole money from my room!!! After cleaning, a decent amount was missing! The staff was not interested in any kind of help at all.

Nice welcome and kind staff but hotel clearly in need of fixing up. This used to be the ultimate posh place but like many COVID victims it has fallen on hard times. The wonderful cafe once owned by the hotel is now an Italian ice cream parlor. Good items still but not the same management. Cant get to rooms through the cafe anymore-you need to climb steep stairs in neighboring building. Hotel rooms have sp****r decor and aging. You can feel the less than posh surroundings-closed dining room (no breakfast) also gives it a sorry air.. The view was still stunning but I'd select a different hotel for us next time for the same value.

Didn't spend long there so don't have loads to say, but the room was excellent - very comfortable and stylish. And the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely look at it again next time i'm in Istanbul.

I wouldn’t recommend this place . They booked 2 rooms in this hotel. They have a restaurant pub on the last floor and it’s VERY loud. You can feel the beat in the rooms. they never mentioned about the loud music and basically you can’t sleep there. So how can you rest?! THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND THE MONEY. IT's like they were robbed by them. They are greedy and have a really really bad service. Additionally they are claiming that my friend was never there and never showed up. HOW ON EARTH THEY WOULD KNOW THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IF THEY'RE NOT THERE??! WHAT A JOKE! ITS A SCAM. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!

From Thursday till Sunday they have nightclub on the rooftop. Reopened after Covid break - that is why you will not see it in the reviews. They have just a few rooms below the dancefloor - so you just sleep in the nightclub. They call it a restaurant - but with people dancing till 3 - 4 am. Be aware! you will lose you money!
