伊斯凡布爾度假屋套房酒店(Vialand Palace Hotel)

I book from you 4 adult and 2 children but the charge me for children they said your book is only 4 adult and they said you are bad agent always do like that with them so this is last time I book from you as you are paying with booking

Passei uma noite no hotel, encontrei um hotel muito limpo, roupa de cama e toalhas impecáveis, quarto amplo, atendimento muito bom, café da manhã excelente adorei o estilo turco, com opção de salada, sour cream (maravilhoso), vários estilos de azeitonas e queijos. Nota 10.

The hotel room was really spacious and nice, but the services are not as good as should be and the staff is not very friendly Breakfast is the worst, very repetitive throughout our 2 weeks stay (for my husband business) the food is not good at all, also our friends checked out moments before us they charged them for things from the mini bar that they haven’t touched at all! We asked them to call us a taxi and they refused , saying it’s the weekend and wont be able to find us any! (We easily got one by ourselves after)! Overall experience was not good and we will not be returning to the VIALAND PALACE HOTEL again

first think was the parking, is great in Istanbul to go to a hotel and they have they own reserve parking and free. the stuff were great from the time we arrived and the time we left. the hotel itself was very beautiful, the room was big and large enough for four people and design very beautiful . you have the mall next to it for anything you need from food to shopping. a bus to take you to metro if you needed. overall very nice place to stay.

Otelin güzel görünüşüne aldanmayın. Ocak ayında buz gibi suyu akan ve kliması soğuk çalışan bir oda verdiler bana. Buz gibi bir duşu mecburen aldıktan sonra teknik servis geldi ve güya klimayı yaptı odalar büyük ısınır diyip gitti. Titremekten uyuyamadım. Odamı değiştirmelerini istedim ve değiştirdikleri odada da aynı problem mevcuttu. Tesadüf ki başka odaları da yokmuş. Bu sıkıntıları yaşarken hamile olduğumu da görevlilere bildirmiştim. Bu gezi sonrası muhtemelen hasta olacağım ve sorumlusu yalnızca bu oteldir. İş sebebiyle gelmiş olduğum için arkadaşımın odasına geçip orada konaklamak durumunda kaldım. Tavsiyem bu oteli tercih etmemeniz yönündedir. Çünkü bir işletme görünüşüyle bir yere kadar sizi tatmin eder.

The rooms and bathrooms are huge and spacious. Very clean bight. Satisfy with amenities provided. Quiet area, near shopping mall and food court. Great breakfast. Lots of choices. People were polite and requests were attended to immediately.

`We were put in this hotel by Turkish Airlines due to their cancelling our flight. Our room, # 1002 was huge. There was also a separate room for two children. I don't think we'd ever come back here again. The breakfast , aside from good coffee, was terrible.

Do not stay at this hotel. I was out here overnight because my flight was delayed. I couldn’t eat the breakfast. There was no water in the room other than mini bar. On leaving they charged me for the water. I have never known a hotel not to have water. The staff were very unhelpful.
