الاستقبال سيء جدا ويتأخرون وغير واضحين ابدا انا حجزت يوم عندهم ومن بكرا قال تبي تمدد قلت ايه راح اجيك بعد الغداء ادفع اكتشت انه معطي غرفتي شخص ثاني وخلاني ادفع وقال لي بعد ما دفعت لازم تغير غرفتك لانك تعديت الساعة ١٢ وانا وقت الدخول مأخريني ساعه تقريبا يعني شي مستفز

Konumu cok iyi, ana sokakta. Klimali temiz oda. Personel güleryüz ve ilgililer.

Location is good, near Besiktas ferry, 15 minutes walk to kabatas subway and tram, easy to find a taxi. It is very close to Dolmabahce palace. Rooms are clean, no breakfast but there are many restaurants nearby. There is a bit of noise because it is on the main road. Staff are courteous and helpful. Overall good experience

Very Good location , clean room , good service, actually i booked sea view room but it was second floor maybe so it was just a part view , also the room windows is not soundproof that’s all.

Harika bir hoteldi 5. kez gittim ve yine cok memnun kaldik. Her zamanki gibi temizlikden yana hic bir sikinti yokdu .

This hotel is in a great location, clean rooms, a bit dark, but I was only there for one night. The staff were very attentive and the hotel is very secure. The reception staff have to open the lift with their security card to let you go up to your room.
