Die Lage ist absolut genial. Keine 5 Gehminuten zum Taksim. Sauber war es auch. Nur die Herren am Empfang waren sehr nervig. Der eine baggerte an meiner Freundin rum, der andere wollte uns komplett verarschen als es um eine Taxi Erstellung ging.. versuchen sich wohl etwas dazuzuverdienen..

After a long flight we (3 women) finally arrived at this hotel. But at the reception we surprisely get the terrible information from Mehmet (who did not want to tell us his hole name) that we allegedly did not book a room. After we showed him our reservation number, our confirmation e-mail and our voucher he suddenly changes his opinion that we booked too cheap and that he gave our room to other guests. But he could give us another room for a much higher price each night we have booked. Even our friend (turkish) had a long discussion with him but he didn't react...so we left the "Hotel" and had to look up for another stay to sleep...please do you and your lovely ones a favor and dont book there...now we are in a process to get our cash back

The moment you made reservation, we informed your agency that we could not provide the room to those guest since there was a system problem with your agency which displays our property price very low that's why we did not confirm your reservation and cancelled by our side. Even though your agency informed about cancellation, you showed up. we explanied you the problem over and over but you did not want understand because your tukish rude friend was too smart to believe that you could get a room for such low price. We have never encountered such unsympathetic guests. you made a reservation for 6 days faverage 10 euro euros per day for 3 people while daily is around 70 euro. we have explined the problem to you but you did not want to understad. have you ever booked a residence for 10 euros in your life? you should have known that there might be a problem. If you try to get something much less than its worths you are cheater. Regarding your refund: we have offered total payment as cash but you did not want sign costumer cash refund agreement. We are really happy not to give the room to the such disrecpectful rude and cunnig espcially to that turkish who thinks she is very smart. WE ARE REALLY HAPPY NOT TO GIVE THE ROOM TO THE SUCH DISRECPECTFUL RUDE AND CUNNIG ESPCIALLY TO THAT TURKISH WHO THINKS SHE IS VERY SMART.
