超級友善和貼心的管理。大樓設有電梯。步行即可到達附近的餐廳、酒吧和 Cağaloğlu 土耳其浴室。以後我還會再住在這裡。

位置很好。步行 9 分鐘即可到達 Tophane 電車站。步行9分鐘即可到達繁忙的主街，我不知道那條街的名字，但它非常漂亮。而且離新皇宮也很近。塔瑪姆非常樂於助人。我獨自旅行，他幫我叫了一輛計程車去機場，並向我推薦了當地的餐廳。而且我問他什麼問題，他都會很快回覆。

優點： - 除了位置和清潔度之外，大樓還設有電梯- 工作人員非常樂於助人，溝通簡單有效- 辦理入住方便不太好- 週末街道上擠滿了汽車，很吵- 如果您睡得很淺做好準備

I wanted a hotel room with a washing machine 😝. I had several to choose from. I ended up choosing Bi Mate Casa over the others because of the ease of communication. All my silly questions were answered promptly and with courtesy. I arrived and was greeted by Tamman. He was so friendly and helpful. The apartment complex has been beautifully renovated and everything looks new inside. The location is excellent for dining/ money changers. Busy street during day but quiet at night. New elevator great for hauling luggage upstairs. Would definitely recommend!

Apartments location is great, and They are nice and very comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and efficient. This is definitely a recommended solution for a trip to the beautiful Istanbul.

+very clean + in good location + cleaned every day + water and wellcoming tea cofee available - instruction to get in was not sent to me by email. Had to arrive and whatsapp the number on outside door and the peroson was very helpfull..this caused some stress at begininng of my trip -since we checked in no one came to ask the next day if we need anything extra or atleast greet us. By acceident the third day we saw a man comming in and i greeted him and i asked if he lives there and he said he is the reception/manager ..he was nice and direct us to a nice to anice breakfast resturant at Galata port..i.just wantbto thank him for that

Apartments are wonderful with full kitchen and living area, as well as modern. Book the deluxe room if you can. There are many cafes and restaurants and shops within a block of the apartment.

Absolut zentrale Lage. Alles in fußläufiger Entfernung. Und wenn es weiter weg ging, war die Tram schnell zu erreichen und auch Taxistände sind nicht weit weg. Beyoglu ist immer wieder ein toller Bezirk. Unglaublich viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafes und Läden von kreativen Designern aus der Stadt. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein alter, allerdings vollständig sanierter Hamam, ein Besuch ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt unzählige Einkausmöglichkeiten und wer Lust auf Menschenmassen hat....der Große Basar, der Gewürzbasar und all' die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt sind schnell zu erreichen, oftmals mit der Tram oder zu Fuß schneller als mit dem Auto. Der neu gestaltete Galataport, der am Fuß des Hügels liegt, auf dem sich das Casa di Bava befindet, ist eine gelungene Neugestaltung eines zuvor brach liegenden Geländes. Unbedingt besuchen! Die "Zimmer", besser die Wohnungen sind optimal ausgestattet, schön groß, hell und sehr! sauber. Dank der gut schließenden Fenster ist es in der Nacht auch schön leise. Dank des vollen Tagesprogramms, des guten Weines und des tollen Wetters waren wir jeden Abend so müde, dass wir hier jede Nacht sehr gut geschlafen haben. Muhammed und Emre, die unsere Ansprechpartner waren, sind allzeit erreichbar gewesen und haben sich bei Fragen sofort zurückgemeldet! Und die kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag meiner Frau war absolut entzückend und, im wahrsten Sinne, süß :) Wir hatten ein Apartment, die Nr. 9, in der dritten Etage mit schöner Aussicht, unsere Freunde in der vierten Etage das Apartment Nr. 10, , welches diese Aussicht noch übertroffen hat. Für Menschen, die es nicht gewohnt sind, kommt der Ruf des Muezzins, insbesondere am frühen Morgen, sehr überraschend. Und da es in der Stadt doch sehr viele Moscheen gibt, sind diese Rufe überall gut hörbar. Und einer der Gründe, warum Touristen in die Stadt kommen, ist die Tatsache, dass diese Stadt nicht zu schlafen scheint. Und durch die optimale Lage des Hotels kann das manchmal dazu führen, dass die "Musik" der Großstadt bis hierher durchdringt. Aber, wie oben beschrieben, die Fenster schließen gut. Und wir haben hier jede Nacht sehr gut geschlafen. Insgesamt eine uneingeschränkt empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

I've stayed again between 17th & 32rd Nov. 2022 and enjoyed my stay.. The receptionist is very polite & so kind.. The HK member was doing a great service and very cleaned apartment each time I ask for it. A lot of improvement in the furniture & the linen .. I always love to stay in this one & highly recommended.
