Warning! A rip-off in Turkish! Don't book! Maximum 3 stars! The hotel looks nice from the outside, the lobby is nice too. We have a double room book with nice pictures, but we get a small economy room, the man at reception said he didn't have anything else at the moment! And after the long flight we just went to sleep. But it was crap! You could hear everything that was happening in the hallway, the kids were running around all night! A disaster! So normally you'd get your money back!!!

Naja für den Preis erwarte ich eigentlich viel mehr. Leider keine gute Erfahrung

Seit 8 Jahre bin ich gleiche Hotel Ich zufrieden Personal sind sehr nett hilfsbereit frühstück klasse es gib so viele Auswahl Zimmer gut ausgestattet ich kann euch nur empfehlen Danke marmaray Hotel macht weiter so ich hoffe bald wieder danke L.G

Booked a week at the Marmaray hotel through love holidays as it was handy forgetting to the Champions League final and fan zone ..It is located down a side street and first impression is the area looks a bit of a random area. That said the hotel was very clean and the reception staff were really nice. The bedrooms were cleaned daily, albeit of a particular style of cleaning! The bin didn’t get emptied 1 day & No coffee was left another! Only one charging point in the room, there was another socket, but it was just the face of the socket, screwed onto the wall with no electrics behind it 🤣. The TV reception wasn’t great, only one, English Channel. The room had a double bed and a single bed and a fridge and TV. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis but the breakfast I have to say was very very Turkish and did not accommodate other European / American tastes at all. There was one choice of bread and a toaster (which the chap turned off every five minutes )an array of cheeses peppers, dates, olives, and some cereal, chips, soup, and boiled eggs.!!! when we asked for a poached egg or a fried egg for a change we were told that would be extra….”really “ . So if this breakfast is not your style, try and stay room only and eat elsewhere. The hotel is located near yenakapi Metro station, so very easy to get around. So in summary it’s very average, it’s a place to stay and that’s about it really . The staff are okay and with a little more effort this could be a much better hotel ie a couple of extra choices on breakfast and the staff in the restaurant need to have a smile on their face and learn a little English

Terrible service. The receptionist were extremely rude. They have packed our luggage, touched our stuff with no permission moved us to another room and they were not taking responsibility for that move. I’m not coming back here, for sure Very rude stuff. Disappointed

It was a very bad experience, I do not recommend it to anyone No cleanliness, no services, and the location is very bad. Internet service is not available in the rooms. Reception staff are not good.
