普魯瓦酒店(Pruva Hotel)

I am so happy that we have chosen Pruva Hotel. The location is the great at the walk distance of the Maine attractions in Istanbul. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has a variety of cheese, fruits and other food. Great thanks to the staff who were helpful and kind every time we needed their help. Our big gratefulness is dedicated to Bakhtigar. I contacted him before our arriving by phone and he organized our transfer from/to the airport/hotel. When we arrived, Bakhtigar, explained to us how to get to the main attractions, how to use the public transportation and the ferries to go to the islands, where is the best restaurants to eat and the places to shop . He and Moohammeed recommended and assisted us to book the evening Bosphorus cruise which was an awesome experience. Bakhtigar helped to fix AC in our room when we had some problems with the temperature inside our room, he always was attentive and courteous. We were treated as we are at our home. Highly recommend Pruva Hotel for other tourists who want to explore the beautiful ancient city Istanbul!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 notti con i figli di 13 e 17 anni. La scelta, basata sulla location centralissima e sulle buone recensioni di questo hotel, si è rivelata vincente!. Durante il nostro soggiorno ad Istanbul abbiamo per il 50% camminato poiché le principali attrazioni erano tutte a 2 passi, e peril restante 50% con la famosa Istanbul card (convenientissima per tutti i mezzi di trasporto). Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle camere al piano -1 per limitare la spesa e perché la camera ci serviva essenzialmente per dormire… tutto ok, camera pulitissima con qualche ammaccatura al muro ma niente di trascendentale, sapevamo di non avere finestre con vista, ma una camera quadrupla non può non avere al bagno l’aspiratore funzionante: in pratica abbiamo avuto una fessura di una piccola finestra in camera e nessun ricambio d’aria in bagno…e questo non è ammissibile, nemmeno per pochi euro. Per il resto una abbondante colazione di qualità, stile turco con poco dolce e molto salato, nel complesso molto buona. Accoglienza ottima, sempre stile turco, perché i turchi sono una popolazione di gentili e corretti. Non dimenticherò mai che per 2 volte sono stata inseguita per riportarmi la borsa con il portafoglio con ben 8.000lire turche, e in un’altra occasione un resto sbagliato per difetto. In Italia questo non sarebbe mai accaduto. Quindi grazie popolo turco! Solo un tantino più di pulizia in generale…. La valutazione complessiva è comunque molto buona, per il prezzo (da ostello nel nostro caso) e per l’ottima location e accoglienza.

Pas de chance, chambre au rez-de-chaussée ce qui est un peu bruyant malgré tout l’hôtel est située dans une impasse assez calme. Le personnel est bienveillant, la chambre est un peu vétuste par rapport au prix. Par contre, super bien situé dans la vieille ville.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Estambul. Lo mejor: la atención del personal. Muhammed fue excelente y servicial resolviendo cualquier duda o consulta de nuestra parte. Recomiendo mucho el hotel y volvería a alojarme. El desayuno es excelente. Hay una persona que está pendiente de que no falte nada de lo ofrecido. Variado, fresco y rico realmente. La ubicación es excepcional para conocer el casco antiguo y poder entrar a las mezquitas de noche. Lo recomiendo si no quieres hacer cola. Además de que a la noche no hay mucha gente y puedes recorrer tranquilo. El hotel se encuentra en una calle sin salida lo que lo hace silencioso para descansar a la noche. Lo único que podría mejor**** es el estado de los muebles del Baño. En nuestro caso, el mueble bajo la pileta estaba en mal estado. El baño en sí tampoco es muy cómodo (es estrecho y la puerta no llega a abrir del todo) pero comparado con todas las ventajas que otorga el hotel (atención del personal, ubicación y desayuno) volvería a alojarme aquí sin dudarlo.

Um simpático hotel, em um beco cheio de pequenos hotéis, cerca de 3 quadras da Praça Sultanahmet. Quarto em um tamanho justo, bem decorado e cama confortável. banheiro bom, com amenidades de qualidade. Café da manhã bem servido, surpreendeu, pois é um hotel pequeno. O preço foi justo, pro sua excelente localização, fácil de pegar Tram e visitar as mesquitas próximas. Talvez seja um hotel familiar, visto o atendimento muito atencioso e "próximo". Muhammed e Ferhat não medem esforços para agradar e atender com simpatia e cordialidade, e isso faz muita diferença. Com certeza ao voltarmos a Istambul, pensaremos com carinho em retornar a este simpático hotel!

Отель оставил только приятные впечатления Находится в центре, рядом море. Есть транспорт (трамвай, автобус) если нужно отъехать подальше. Номера небольшие, но уютные. Уборка каждый день, все чисто. Есть все необходимое: ванные принодлежности, фен, чайник, телевизор Зимой в номерах очень тепло мы даже открывали окно По еде тоже все не плохо, без изысков конечно, но все необходимое есть, порцию определяет себе каждый сам. В номерах каждый день ставят бутылочки воды. Персонал вежливый и не навязчивы!. Немного знают русский За свою цену очень хороший вариант !

The staff in this hotel are a 10/10 The food for breakfast is amazing as there is such a variety and the room cleaning is free The staff are very helpful and useful 😃 They are next to shops which is helpful and the rooms are always nice and beds are comfortable

The staff is very welcomming and helpful! Receptionists speak very good english and russian. The room was quite small and without garden view, but cosy. Very calm neibourhood and very close to main touristic atractions. Nice terrace with the Bosphprus view. Breakfast was ok.
