I was in this hotel 4x already,so I can compare the level of the services. Ofortunately-the services are going down.The rooms were cleaned 1x only during the stay and not perfect. The personel doesn´t speak foreign languages satisfactory(only ě exception at the reception), my 3 e-mails with the requsts regarding the kind of rooms were not answered. Otherwise the location is perfect,the swiming pool also.

Ich war für eine Woche im Hotel.Es befindet sich direkt im Zentrum. Die meisten Attraktionen sind leicht von dort zu Fuß erreichbar. Mein Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und wirkte ansprechend. Besondere Freude bereitet mir und meiner Freundin die Sauna, Massageräume und der Pool. Allerdings war ich etwas über das Fittnesstudio entteucht da es nur eine kleine Ecke war und die Geräte kaputt und stark abgenutzt waren, so das man dort nicht Tranieren kann und wollte. Das Personal war weitestgehend freundlich.

Персонал не очень приветливый! В номере даже нет чайника и кофе! Плохо убираются!

Проживали в отеле с 16 по 21 октября 2024 г. Это был групповой, туристический тур и этот отель мы сами не выбирали. Расположение отеля не плохое, центр, рядом Гранд базар. Отель будет интересен оптовым покупателям, так как этот район полон оптовых магазинов. В отеле не АО все номерах есть WiFe. Мы меняли номер... На 7 этаже, где мы жили после замены, WiFe был. Состояние номеров среднее. Многие туристы из нашей группы, жаловались на сломанную сантехнику, рваные шторы и ужасную грязь. Завтраки однообразные, но вполне съедобные. С 8 этажа, где их подают, открывается красивый вид на Стамбул. Выбирать этот отель можно только для краткосрочного пребывания, когда приходишь в номер только переночевать. В отеле есть SPA и бассейн, но мы не посещали... Желания не возникло, так как их техническое состояние и чистота, оставляли желать лучшего.

Fortement déconseillé surtout pour les familles

I had accommodation 4 nights with a group of 46 pax. The rooms are good enough. Large lobby, 5 elevators. The stuff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately I have to mention that breakfast was very poor and not quality. For example they prepare the omlet with some powder. This does not look as omlet it look like food for aliens.....there are 1 sort cheese, 2 sorts salami. All of them no quality. The people here are rude they dont understand anything.

Some + 1. The restaurant is at the 8th floor, so there is amazing view of the sea. 2. There is a large assortment of food at breakfast, so everyone will find what to eat. 3. Good location. 4. There were slippers at the room. And some bad points: 1. Rooms needs renovation, especially at the bathroom. Shower was awful. A window didn't close good. 2. Dirty. When we've just come at the room (around 18:00) there was a long hair at the pillow. Rubbish bin was full. 3. After cleaning one pair of the slippers was disappeared and new one wasn't given.

Today I went to the hotel at about 06:00 in the morning, which I booked 3-4 days ago, and when I arrived I was given a room from the very end of the corridor. I politely asked him if there would be any vacated if he could change the rooms since I was going to stay for about a week. He was very rude to me, he just took away the keys and gave them to me and said: "All the rooms are gone, I won't give you any numbers" What kind of nonsense is this, where is the respect for the guest?! At every hotel and in any other area, politeness and respect are in the first place, but unfortunately I did not see this from the staff of this hotel. So I DON'T recommend this hotel! If you value your self-respect, if respect comes first for you, then this hotel is not for you!
