the location is good, and the staff are friendly. but the room is much smaller than the picture in the advert, which was a bit of a disappointment. they also put me in another building away from reception, and none of the sockets worked. i had to go to the other building at night to fix them. the shower was terrible. on the last day i didn't even want to shower to have to use it. cold, not enough water, water splashing everywhere.

部屋はとても清潔でした。スタッフの方もとても感じの良い方でした。 ガラタ塔徒歩圏内で立地も良いのにも関わらず、料金はお手頃でした。 とても良いホテルでした。

Una experiencia hermosa al llegar mi primer día en Estambul, los chicos muy lindos me atendieron a lo que necesitaba. Muy respetuoso y amables. El lugar muy seguro muy accesible cerca de Torre Galata, llegué en la noche sola y no tuve ningún contratiempo. Hotel muy cómodo y limpio. Volvería ahí sin dudarlo.

Hallo, also wenn man die Lage beachtet ist es sehr gut. Zum Zustand von Hotel eine reine Katastrophe, es gibt laut angebot ein Zimmer Service der aber bei uns nie im Zimmer war, seid Tag 1 gleiche Bett Wäsche und Handtücher. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption nachgefragt hatten wegen Zimmer Service und Handtücher hieß es wird gleich kommen aber es kam die ganzen Tag nichts, also sind wir nur 1 Duschen gegangen in 7 Tage Aufenthalt. Zimmer sehr dreckig und mit genommen. Überall sind schimmeln, Duschrinne und die Wand in der Dusche kaputt. Kann es nur jemanden empfehlen der nur abends kurz zum schlafen da ist.

Good clean rooms, convenient location to Gallata tower, and transit to other tourist sites. Excellent value for money. Kind, friendly, and very helpful staff. We ended up having travel problems and the staff made a room available for us to stay longer at the last minute, as our travel plans kept changing. Thanks so much. 10/10

Лифт отсутствует, придется тащить чемодан самому по узкой лестнице. WiFi практически не ловит выше 2го этажа отеля. Пыль абсолютно везде. Свет очень тусклый. Сказали, что такая концепция. Благодаря этому не видно катастрофическое количество пыли. Попросил убраться утром. Вернулся вечером - заправили только кровать. Снова пожаловался, сказали, что уберут только завтра. Съехал с отменой бронирования - деньги за этот день не вернули. Никому не советую.

It was good stay; the front desk was there to help out whenever help was needed. Were really responsive when we had questions.

Gözəl oteldir. Otaq temiz idi. Hamamda bütün dəsmallar sabun qoyulmuşdu. Fen var idi. Otaqda çarpayıda örtüklər temiz idi. Əməkdaşlar çox mehriban idi. Ve her sualda cavab verirdilər. Yardımsever idilər Otel çox xoşuma geldi. Esas temizlikdir mene göre. Bu da meni bu otelde məmnun etdi

can be considered if you are looking for a one night stay. we stayed as a couple due to bad weather. Overall it was ok. Hotel price is quite low considering others in the same area. So dont expect too much. Would be nice if it was cleaner but was not too bad. One + is the location.

Kız arkadaşımla birlikte kaldık ve ikimizde çok beğendik. Terasından Galata kulesi görünüyor ve Kaldığımızda kar yağdığı için çok romantik anlar oldu. kaldığımız süre içerisinde bizimle ilgilendiği için aslan beye çok teşekkür ederiz:)
