It was a nice decent hotel with accommodating staff. We were supposed to check out at 12 pm, but because my mom is old i requested the hotel reception if we could stay for 2 hours more (our shuttle was arranged for 5.30pm) and they were kind enough to let us stay for that long. Superb location for it's walking distance to Osmanbey metro station so that you could travel around Istanbul with no hustle. The breakfast had a lot food to choose. Nearby you can get anything you want as carrefour is just down the street. I'd come again!!!

Also Preis/ Leistung passt. Es ist renoviert. Die Betten waren auch angenehm und sauber. Wir waren um 13 Uhr hier, einchecken geht erst um 14 Uhr. Keine Minute früher, was ich etwas übertrieben finde, vor allen, wenn das Haus nicht ausgebucht ist.

Convenient and close to a many shops

The hotel was very good , the location in the heart of sisili and was what’s expected in all.

I stayed here based off the high reviews that many people left. And I’m shocked at how far from the truth it really is. It claims that have “Enhanced Cleaning Measures”. There was a nothing enhanced about it. First of all the floors were disgusting. It seems like they didn’t even mop or disinfect it. Secondly the toilet was still dirty with someone else’s urine marks! The bathroom floor is also dirty and the whole bathroom smells. One of the folded towels I used was still wet! There was no iron and ironing board in the room. They state theres a laundry service but none of the rooms have laundry bags. The whole floor outside the elevators is extremely dirty including it’s floors and has strong cigarette smoke smell. Additionally theres no patio yet theres cigarette butts outside the window! There’s some areas that are clean but some spots that have dust and dirt it looks like nobody touched or considered - like the phone. I paid extra for breakfast although it might have been better to skip it altogether and eat out - would have been cheaper and much better from any of the excellent surrounding restaurants. I would also say that the bed wasn’t that comfortable. The furniture could really use an upgrade. I would give this 0 stars however the staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. They were able to provide the laundry service I requested. The air conditioner worked great. So did the WiFi (although they have to connect all you devices

Good hotel for the value of money paid. Great staff. The only issue is the location.

First of all, this is NOT a 4* hotel, in fact it is not even 3* by European standards andy whole experience was a big disappointment. The hotel is dark and smells really badly of cigarettes (non-smoking hotel), all in all not appealing at all and it caters mostly nationals. The room was of a decent size, two beds pushed together rather than king size bed as requested. The linen did not fit and the pillows were somewhat regular. The TV had more than 40 channels, but unfortunately all in Turkish. The bathroom was very small and non-functional, there was not even a rack or a shelf to place toiletries and was not cleaned properly for years (see photos). The breakfast was just acceptable, and apart of Turkish dishes, nothing really eatable. As a person with intolerance, had to bring my own bread. Moreover, the breakfast costs 5/6 € (not worth the extra) and it is not free as mentioned on this web. The staff nearly spoke any languages, although the receptionist knew some English. I used to stay in Istanbul in the finest hotels for a decent price, but in the last few years everything doubled. I booked a last minute "deal" through online TA and was not worth the money spent. This property needs an urgent face-lift, a deep cleaning and all broken stuff has to be repaired and fixed urgently. I would seek for international chains next time, one knows what to expect.

Its exceptional location, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding staff truly surpassed our expectations. Situated in a vibrant area, just a short 10-minute walk to Osmanbey and in proximity to malls like Cevahir, this hotel is perfect for a holiday. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. This hotel makes the perfect holiday stay.

The staff was very friendly, helpfull and responsive but limited in knowledge of the city (Istanbul) in general. Wish pillows were softer. Water pressure in shower was superb👍.
