佛羅倫薩酒店（清真）(New Florenta Hotel)

地理位置優越，靠近主要景點和大巴扎。我也覺得深夜獨自走回​​去很安全。工作人員非常友善，可以幫助解答任何詢問和 PCR 測試。我在露臺上享用早餐，工作人員為每個人提供服務，讓我感覺就像「家庭時光」。我肯定會再留在這裡👍🏽

我選擇這家酒店主要是因為在網路上看到的照片，最重要的是因為地理位置優越！但當我們到達目的地時，立即感到失望……工作人員非常友善，面帶微笑，隨時為您服務。哈桑，早餐室經理，友善而獨特！！！！缺陷在於指定的房間。房間又小又低，不是很乾淨，有發黴和磨損的跡象，雙人床甚至有從床墊上突出的彈簧，盲人浴室和毀壞的家具。抱歉，但它真的無法與三星級相比...

Hotel económico y muy acogedor a pocos metros del gran bazar y la hérmita azul, habitaciones correctas, desayuno correcto y la amabilidad de la gente una pasada, nos solucionaron un problema que tuvimos con el transporte al aeropuerto en cinco minutos, muy buena gente

Très bonne affaire, bon rapport qualité/ prix . Très bien placé , proche de tous les points touristiques, parking proche, transports en commun proches et très bien desservi. Accueil très chaleureux, deux Mr.très sympathiques ( un la journée, un autre le soir), qui nous ont donné des informations sur les transports, les coins à voir etc. Chambre grande, très propre . Un petit déjeuner inclus super varié et copieux, avec vue sur Istambul. Je recommande !

El hotel de los horrores, todo es un fake, viejo, sucio, baño sin agua, WiFi lenta. El hotel de los horrores, todo mentira, no llega ni a una fonda de pueblo. La habitación está sucia, vieja, el suelo y el papel pintado roto, los pasillos dan miedo, el papel de las paredes roto, solo 1 ascensor y viejo y lento, el desayuno es de traca, mucho plato pero no valen nada, el café y el zumo pésimos, el pan más malo que he comido nunca. El baño es de traca, si mides más de 1.80 ya no cabes en la ducha, el lavabo y el wc es de los años 30, todo el baño huele a cloaca, el agua o sale helada o te abrasa. Las toallas están sucias y raidas. La recepción y el lobby es lo peor, no dan recibo de nada y te lo piden dos veces, apenas saben inglés, el lobby es una tele con 2 sillas donde está comiendo el recepcionista. Las fotos es todo mentira, la calle es Cobo Calleja con turcos y desde las 7 de la mañana están tocando el claxon y gritando. En *********** ponía que tenía 4 estrellas y 8.4 de valoración, todo un timo y mentira. No llega ni a 2 estrellas, un auténtico timo. la valoración de Google de 4 deben ser bots, no tiene ni una estrella de valoración.

5.6 “Great location but horrible condition ” It’s in the perfect location and the staff are fantastic. But the hotel is in a really bad way. There’s smell of smoke everywhere. The rooms are really worn and so are the bathrooms. There’s lots of work going on so there’s always a truck parked outside blocking the entrance. Breakfast was ok but that’s about it. Avoid even if the price seems great.

We unfortunately stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We booked 2 Deluxe doubles and from the pictures it looked very nice. How wrong were we!!! It appears the photos are taken of the bigger rooms which we did not get. Ours were an inside room that looked out over a very ugly and messy backyard with other older buildings. Our room was so small there was nowhere to put our suitcases. There was only one bedside table as there was no room for another one nor was there any extra furniture (table and chair) as shown in the photos. The room was very very tired, the smoke alarm was sellotaped to the ceiling so I doubt it would even work!! and the so called mini fridge was not working in either room. We complained a number of times to the males on the desk but they couldn't care less. There answer was "we full" which they were not. We did look at going elsewhere but as we had already prepaid, we didn't think a refund would be forthcoming. One thing it did have going for it was it was very close to all the main attractions. However there are alot more hotels you should consider first, This hotel is sold as executive/deluxe hotel it is more standard/budget. Be warned.
