薩夫蘭宮酒店(Le Safran Palace Hotel)

Excelente relación calidad-precio a escasos cinco minutos a pie del centro histórico de Estambul. A destacar especialmente los siguientes puntos: - Amabilidad del personal: en todo momento me ayudaron en cualquier duda que me iba surgiendo: rutas por la ciudad, a dónde ir, precauciones que tomar… - Desayuno muy completo y abundante - El día de mi partida la persona que estaba en recepción esperó conmigo fuera del hotel desde las 04:30 horas hasta las 05:00 horas hasta que viniera mi transporte hacia el aeropuerto. - Muy agradecido, ¡para repetir sin duda alguna!

The hotel is not as clean as it looks in the photos. The room stank of damp and toilet as there was no exhaust. The staff were friendly, breakfast was average. It is very close to the blue mosque and the museum.

Buona la posizione vicinissima alle attrazioni principali di Istanbul (Santa Sofia, palazzo del Topkapi, Mosche blu…), comodi anche i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici visto che la linea del tram non è molto lontana. La zona la sera è molto tranquilla ma non desolata. L’hotel è piccolo, così come la camera, ma tutto sommato siamo stati bene anche se non abbiamo capito perché un giorno non ci hanno rifatto la stanza e gli tre sì…buona anche la pulizia e il kit di cortesia. Colazione da rivedere: non molta varietà né sul salato né sul dolce (due sole opzioni, sempre uguali in quattro mattine), caffè veramente da dimenticare… Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e molto simpatico.

工作人員很棒，樂於助人，非常友好。房間裡的淋浴部分掉下來了，不知道如何鎖門，早餐在地下室供應，雞蛋看起來已經放在那裡好幾天了。位置很棒。從伊斯坦堡 SAW 搭乘私人接送服務需要 2 小時才能到達。早上，時間倒退了 40 分鐘。如果您想要一個優越的地理位置，這裡和工作人員都很棒，但請控制您的期望，例如空冰箱、房間裡沒有瓶裝水等。

I had an issue about the noise from the next building i couldn’t sleep first night. Next day, the Management-solved the problem and changed my room. It was quiet and i really appreciated their response. Wifi is v good and Rooms are kinda small. Also, breakfast is regular and the same everyday. I hope they add variety of food in the near future. At the end I would like to thank Mr. Fouad, Mr. Ilder, and Mrs. Nulifer for their help and services.

I cant sleep at all. Sound and noise everywhere. Unfortunately there is some constructions next building and the hotel website wasn’t mentioned that. The Noise of opening and closing Room doors is a disaster as the building is too small. Each floor has only 3 rooms next to each other. Breakfast is simple eggs tomatoes cheese bread If you like to walk like me, it will be kinda difficult because you have to walk on a hill to reach it. Kettle is available in the room yet no coffee, only tea and sugar. Wifi signals are v. Good

I srayed there is 3 days and i will tell it was ok for the price the cleaning was not bad but for it you have to ask before cleaning they serving breakfast on breakfast there is everything as standard turkish breakfast thanks for the staff of the hotel especially for Mr Leo and Mr Fuat

It is very beautiful place it is very friendly and hot atmosphere. I love the breakfast and I love the rooms it is so cute rooms. I will go back again. The stuff is so friendly to. When I go back I like to see the guys there. I will be happy to see all people there again

Everything was great they welcomed me as in my own home i give big thanks to staff of hotel which they helped me lot and they have given to me really good tricks about Istanbul where to go where to eat It was a really good Experience for me i will definitely come back
