Points négatifs : Pour un 4 étoiles ce n’est vraiment pas mérité. L’hôtel a besoin de rénovation. Les salles de bain sont dans un état limite passable. Des bruits d’écoulement d’eau est assez pénible la nuit. Les literies sont assez usées, le ménage reste à revoir on avait des cheveux et poils partout sur les lits à notre arrivé. Le petit déjeuner est trop limité et manque de qualité . Points positifs: L’équipe est formidable, disponible et polie ils sont tous au petit soin. Eren a su répondre et résoudre chaque problème. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top. Le quartier est assez calme pour des nuits reposantes. Les bus sont juste au pied de l’hôtel et vous relie à d’autre moyen de transport d’Istanbul pour une visite totalement faisable en transport. Les transports des grandes places comme Taksim ou sultanhamet jusqu’à 1h du matin .

Tertemiz mis gibi bir oda güler yüzlü ilgili personeller 👍🏻 herşey tam anlamıyla harikaydı.cok çok yüksek meblağ lar odemedende temiz ve hijyen bir otelde kalınıyormuş.kahvalti harikaydı.***et doyurucu ve çok cesitliydi.konum olarak fatih camii ve türbesine yürüme mesafesindeydi.otelin hemen arka sokağında restoranlar vardı. Yöresel ürün satanlar vardı .biz çok memnun kaldık.tekrar yolumuz düşerse tercih edecegimiz nezih bir otel.tavsiye ederim.

Hotel pretencioso al que le faltan servicios muy básicos. Para empezar, en el desayuno no hay ni café, ni leche, ni zumos, ni bollería... Sólo el típico desayuno turco y además todo frío. El personal es poco amable y habla un inglés patético, cuesta entenderse. La habitación estaba limpia, pero se escuchaba todo lo de fuera, la cisterna del wc perdía agua y hacía ruido, faltaban luces en las mesas de noche.

Отвратительный отель, завтраки просто ужас, нет ничего что можно съесть, в номере нет одеяла, только накидка на кровать, вот ей и нужно накрываться! В номере постоянно как-то сыро! Все номера окнами выходят на улицу и даже в 4 часа утра шум с улицы не прекращается, по ней движется постоянно большой трафик, спать невозможно! Во всем отеле стоит запах сигарет, прокурены все стены! Мы сбежали из этого отеля после первой ночи! Не советую никому, если только вы не любите жить в хлеву.

Initially the staff member Nihad? was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was an excellent range and the foyer is very attractive. The second shift tried to sell me an expensive airport trip, incorrectly trying to convince that Uber is banned. The bathroom in the room was quite unhygienic, tiny and with a noisy fan. Room was tiny - needing attention and repairs

Отель максимум на 3 звезды. Из хорошего только местоположение. Номера абсолютно не такие как на фотографиях, маленькие и требующие ремонта. Звукоизоляции нет вообще. Уборка ужасная. На завтрак только хлеб, масло и яйца. Не советую этот отель. Максимум переночевать 1-2 ночи. Очень не комфортный отель в котором не хочется находиться.

rezervasyon yaptırırken park ücreti olmadığını soylediler.. ama gecelik 20 tl otopark ücreti ödedim. son gun acil çıkmam gerekti ama aracımın önünde 2 araç vardı 30 dk diğer araçlara ulaşmaya çalıştık. vurdumduymaz hareketler. eletrik kontağında kocaman bir ruj lekesi. yatakta saç telleri sanırım bu kadar yeter

Tiny rooms. Room service is only available every second day. So bad internet connection. Hot water disappears during the day. When you take a shower the bathroom becomes very wet. Breakfast is very boring (same plate with one piece of salami and cheese every day).

It was really good. You could have easy access to traditional bazaar, touristic side of Istanbul, the metro, bus, and good transportation system. About Hotel, it was really clean, well organized, and had professional staff and workers. The breakfast was good but it could be better. And what I liked most was the safety of this hotel and the clean space of this.

Breakfast was good but lots of smokers make it unpleasant

The hotel is in a great location, it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, it is listed as 4 stars but is more like a decent 3 star hotel. If you want convenience it is good value for money, but don't book this expecting an international 4 star experience. You can walk to the bazaars, and get a great Bosphorus cruise nearby. The views are great. The beds are comfy and the showers are excellent. It's a bit dilapidated but clean and everything works. Breakfast is a buffet of tasty salads with tea and a truly disgusting orange drink. They only have nescafe - if you want proper Turkish coffee it's extra, but worth it. Lots of good, cheap restaurants nearby.

Good location. Free shuttle to overpriced tourist restaurants and a Bosporos cruise. Tiny room, had to walk against wall to get past bed. Staff most courteous. There is an alcohol-free "lounge" that only serves breakfast. Good choice for the price.
