Были в этом отеле с мужем четыре дня. Выбирала не сама, а тур оператор. При заселении персонал был очень вежлив, предложил пройти посмотреть свободные номера ( такое первый раз встречаю), учились все пожелания, которые писала при бронировании. Это большие жирные плюсы. Расположение здесь хвалят, это действительно так, но честно говоря в центре этих отелей в буквальном смысле на каждом шагу, т. Е. В этом уникальности нет. Номер маленький, ну для ночёвки двоих норм. Сантехника грязноватая, зубной пасты, халатов не было. Мыло, шампунь, были. Воду добавляли, тапочки тоже, убирались. Я бы сказала, что есть только один, но очень существенный минус это слышимость. At first it wasn't very pleasant but the staff there made everything possible for us we were all extremely happy our room was amazing very clean from our favourite asla housekeeper and the best receptionist that works on days that made all this experience great , thank you so much

Worst experience ever. Not even a 1 star hotel, room were very dirty and dusty from the beginning, they didn’t look like they were cleaned. Bed sheets were not changed not even a single day. Bathroom was not cleaned, mirrors and windows dirty. Hair on the floor everywhere.

I stayed at My Asos Hotel for 4 nights with 20 family members, and it was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The staff were rude, racist, and unprofessional, with services that were completely false. The rooms were not as advertised, and we had fewer beds than we booked. Breakfast was disgusting, with no fried eggs, and everything was bland and poorly prepared. The hotel promised a Hammam and swimming pool, but neither existed or were available for use. We were also never allowed to use the lobby, even when waiting for taxis or making plans, and the receptionists constantly told us to take the kids away. Our room was cleaned daily, but the other rooms were never cleaned. The hotel had serious maintenance issues, including leaking water. This hotel is at most a two-star, and I would never recommend it to anyone

The worst hotel I have ever been , extremely dirty and disgusting we will get sick from here , when we report to the receptionist he did nit care and he was very rude with us. For a femily with kid 4 years old they give 2 single beds , matress, pillows everywhere is just disgusting.

I recently stayed at The Assos Hotel, and I was really looking forward to the amenities advertised, particularly the spa and swimming pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that both facilities were unavailable during my stay. This was a major disappointment, especially since I had specifically chosen this hotel based on the promise of these amenities. The staff we not even apologetic and offered no alternative solutions or compensation, which felt a bit frustrating. It’s disappointing when a hotel promotes certain features but doesn't deliver on them, especially when those features were a key factor in my booking decision. Additionally, the room was a letdown. It lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the warmer evenings, especially with an infant. To make matters worse, the room had a window that opened into a dark, narrow staircase—definitely not the outside view I had hoped for. The lack of natural light and fresh air made the room feel even more claustrophobic. While the staff were polite, the lack of transparency about the facilities and the uncomfortable room left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you're willing to overlook these issues, especially if you’re booking for specific amenities. The rest of the stay was fine, decent service, and close to the grand bazar, but I definitely felt let down by the lack of the promised spa and pool. I would recommend clarifying the availability of such amenities before booking, or perhaps offering alternative options when they are out of service.
