The hotel was perfectly placed for visiting the old town  The staff were absolutely amazing and were very friendly  The restaurant had great views and wonderful staff the food was beautiful  The driver and guide was well worth investing in and was very friendly, spoke excellent English  Thanks for making a memorable stay

Ik kreeg 2 dagen van hun een mooiere kamer gratis ze helpen met alles , het is veilig om als vrouw zijnde alleen erheen te gaan er is altijd personeel aanwezig. Locatie is dichtbij de metro die overal heen gaat lopend is ook alles goed bereikbaar eten was top personeel was top alles was goed

It's the best position ever; you can see the sunrise through your window, as well as the Marmara Sea. I would recommend you to choose this hotel (5th floor:))

This hotel looked like a really good hotel on the booking , I did not get the sea view room as required. I booked for three people and received a room for two and was advised to pay extra again for the third person . Staff very ignorant and spoke to us in a very rude manner . When asking for an extra duvet( for my nephew to sleep on ) got told to turn the ac off (38degrees) . Not helpful at all. Gave us one of the smallest rooms so we were squashed like a tin of sardines . All of that wasn’t the case it was how we got spoken to and treated . Area was dull and long uphill roads were most taxis refused to go to so you had to walk to a different area to catch a taxi . Wasn’t happy with my stay at all thank god it was only a few days .

Room was nice and clean and the breakfast buffet was the best that we experienced in Turkey.

飯店裡有臭蟲，尤其是在一樓的房間。我們聯絡前台時，並沒有發現他們臉上有任何驚訝的表情。這很遺憾，因為我們是第二次入住這家飯店，第一次遇到這樣的問題。

I booked a suit room with sea view and upon arrival for our stay we were informed by hotel the suite room is occupied until the next day but our second day stay the room would be available so we were given a queen bed room with bathroom only,NO sea view at all. Shower was leaking all over floor which was slippery I nearly fell over twice and had to put towels over bathroom floor I reported several times health hazard and was told hotel is under construction. I was woken up but workmen doing construction work next to our room. Second day we packed and told room was not ready as it needs housekeeping cleaning then available but we waited and was told room not ready so not to waste our day we went sightseeing and was told when we got back our room would be ready. This hotel was a total disaster When we got back to hotel we was told room is not in use and needing repair and we were given a standard room with 2 small beds and when we complained on the phone to manager as he was not available in hotel we were informed the manager said he offered us 2 rooms as a complement and I informed him we wanted to stay together he started shouting and discontinued call Hotel staff we had to speak with at reception said they would give us another standard room as a complement which we explained we wanted to stay together as they wanted to separate us insisting again one of us should stay on 3rd floor room and the other on second floor room by the way we are 2 females and we said we feel safe staying together but they became aggressive saying “I am offering you 2 rooms as complement” The facilities swimming pool was dirty and steam room boiling scorching hot water falling on you from ceiling I stayed in many a hotels this was far worse than any other totally not what it shows on your website Not worth the money and bother and very unsafe for lone females

Двойственные ощущения. Качество номера соответствует цене, чисто, опрятно, все хорошо. Персонал не приветливый, в 7 утра уборщица вошла в номер разбудив. Спа вроде бы не плох, довольно уютно. но было жутко накурено, сам персонал там курит, поэтому вонь стоит ужасная, бассейн с очень холодной водой, сказали, что только для окунания, хотя это не так. Сидели в сауне, зашел работник в обуви вылил ментол на камни, нас не спросил. у нас чуть глаза не повылазили. Завтрак показался скудным по сравнению с другим отелем, горячих блюд, омлетов не было, но в целом что поесть было. В целом как будто бы не плохо, в частности сервис можно было бы улучшить. Ну и классный вид из ресторана на 6 этаже.

The third visit för me with my family It was a bad arrival they tried to change my two rooms to worse and cheaper even though I have already paid for my ordered rooms The woman at the reception was terrible, she can't at least smile to the customer

Местоположение хорошее, персонал очень отзывчивый! Но в спа видел таракана, бассейн ледяной, сауна еле еле тёплая.

衞生還好 設施有點舊了 好在位置距離好 去各種景點走路過去沒幾分鐘就到了 樓下各個街道都是賣衣服的

Booked hotel for 2 days on arrived they give us room to somone eles and they send us to different hotel for 1 night stay and then other day we stay in this hotel . Very bad reception. They told us there was fire in hotel thats why we wont be able to give room for today and they lying to trip.com saying we had extra guests 😂😂 . Room was okey for the price but not happy with what they did to us for 1 day

If you read this comment, do not book in this hotel! lousy hotel! Avoid! We booked a room and paid extra to have a larger room with a sea view. We found ourselves the first day with a very very small room, not even room to open your suitcase and a view of neighbours. The sheets smelled of cigarettes. The hallways stink too. Some members of staff are not at all welcoming and are very very very rude. Don't want to be of service. We booked a taxi (A VIP van taxi at 50e) for very early in the morning to drop us off at the airport. In the morning, no taxi planned. The staff didn't want to know anything , and didn't want to help us , even though the day before I was told that the taxi was booked. They finally found us a normal taxi and I was told that I had to pay 45 euros for it. I said I didn't agree because it wasn't right and I was then told to find one outside!!! Ashamed I could have missed my plane!!! I had read some negative comments but I booked anyway. I can now confirm that the negative reviews are real and correct!

Nice hotel good bearkfast and very beautiful location nice view from dining room.
