馬格諾拉宮殿酒店(The Magnaura Palace Hotel)

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter l’essentiel d’Istanbul. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, disponible et efficace. Les chambres sont très agréables, propres et bien équipées. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous avons adoré.

Hotel encantador a pasos de la plaza de Sultanahmet. Con esta ubicación única permite convenientemente acceder a las numerosas opciones que tiene la zona. El personal de recepción es encantador. Nos informaron siempre de las mejores atracciones y despejaron todas nuestras dudas con amabilidad y predisposición. El desayuno es completo. El servicio de Tranfer impecable. Recomendamos mucho este hotel para una gran experiencia en Estambul.

Wir haben eine Kurzreise unternommen. Hier hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe des Hotels und daher sehr gut erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit war top. Besonders hervorzuheben war der Service und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Hotelpersonals.

El hotel muy lindo, limpio, la vista maravillosa. Tengo 56 años y pasó algo... el hotel tiene una tienda de cerámica hermosa. El hombre que la atiende, es un hombre muy alto, con el pelo largo y barba larga. El cual se portó muy amable con mi esposo y conmigo, todos los días nos saludaba e intentaba vender sus cerámicas, la 7⁰ y última noche que dormimos ahí, fuí a su tienda a pedirle su tarjeta para comprar desde México, me invitó a ver otro salón de mercancía en el piso de abajo y accedí, ahí a solas me abrazó y besó, diciendo que era bonita, el hombre jadeaba. Pude zafarme con el pretexto de tomar fotos a sus jarrones y subí corriendo. El hombre me llamaba para que volviera. No lo denuncié ni le dije a mi esposo (que usa silla de ruedas) por miedo de estar en un país lejano. Espero que ésto sirva a otras mujeres que visiten Estambul. Qué lástima que haya éstas situaciones en un país tan maravillo, al cual fuí por segunda vez, pero nunca más volveré.

I moved to another hotel within the hour. My room was situated at the top of the stairs on the first floor. It was incredibly noisy & they wouldn’t accommodate me with another choice Al though I had arrived @ 9:30am, well before the other new guests had arrived. There are also tile floors throughout the hotel which made the situation even worse. My room was 3rd rate with a view of an alley (not the charming, pretty rooms with a view as seen on the website). When I asked about how to access Netflix & use the TV/remote, I was told to use my own account, which is fine accept for the overall tone & attitude of the owner’s reply. He seemed initially nice at check-in but I found that he wasn’t genuinely kind - maybe because I was a female, solo traveler. There are plenty of other boutique hotels in the area at a comparable or lesser price, nice rooms with a much better guest experience. This may have turned out different if I had specifically asked for the 2nd or 3rd floor in advance & had come with a man.

Great boutique hotel within easy walking distance to all the major attractions in Sultanahmet (as noted on the property description). Check in was quick, easy and super friendly, we were greeted by the staff as soon as we walked through the front door. Every employee that we dealt with were very polite and helpful especially the two gentlemen that were at the front desk during our stay. We were given loads of info on what to see near by. We booked a Suite, Sea View, Corner room. The room was large and beautiful. From our Jack & Jill balcony we had an incredible view of the Bosporus, across the Golden Horn towards Kabatas and the Asian side of Istanbul. We really enjoyed the breakfast. They did provide some American type breakfast items (scrambled eggs, sausage), but the Turkish breakfast items were incredible! Fresh fruit, vegetables, mezze type dishes, breads and pastries, dried fruits (the dried apricots were delicious), coffee, Turkish tea and fruit juices. There were several restaurants within a minute or two walking distance from the hotel and they were all reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the Magnaura Palace Hotel.

Hotel idéalement situé. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très accueillant . Chambre confortable.
