Kat hizmetleri zoraki temizlik yaptırdım. Temizliğe giren kadın yatağı bile düzeltmeden çıkıyordu bemim uyarımla düzeltti. Akşam oda servisi yok. İçecek siparişi için aşağı inmek zorunda kaldım. Personel çok başarılı değil. Lokasyon süper.
Good location, but the hotel itself is not worth of 4 stars, but 2 at most. Poor sound-proof, unclean conmen area

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Traurig was daraus geworden ist! Beim check in hat man uns gebeten noch 15 Minuten zu warten, da noch kein Zimmer fertig ist. Kein Problem, gehen wir halt etwas essen. 1 Stunde später hieß es dann, sie brauchen bis 16:00 Uhr um das Zimmer bereit zu stellen. So kann man seinen Urlaubstag auch verbringen. Im Zimmer überall Löcher im Boden, weil der Lack großflächig abplatzt, Die Lehne vom Stuhl abgerissen, so dass man sich die Schrauben in den Rücken bohrt, die Vernindungsscheibe zum Bad von oben bis unten gebrochen und mit Tesa-Film "repariert"! Im Aufzug ist der Griff abgerochen, alles sieht irgendwie komplett abgenutzt aus. Da macht das Design auch nichts mehr her. Die Preise im Restaurant sind nach jedem Besuch nach oben gegangen und die Qualität der Getränke hält sich sehr in Grenzen (Aperol Spritz 20,- Euro fast ohne Kohlensäure). Das Personal ist meist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit! Kein Thema! Kurz und gut: In dieser Kategorie gibt es mittlerweile in Istanbul weitaus schönere und preisgünstere Alternativen. Absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen!

One of the best hotel in the concept of sea view in whole istanbul , very clean, staff are amazing , amazing sea view restaurant for breakfast with high quality food , special thanks to Dilek from house keeping, Emir and Fatih from front office , they so helpful and characteristics. Room was OK. The lifts need serious repairs. It took us 10 min to get the lift and get to our room. We checked in one room and they had a lounge just above our room so it was very noisy where as the details of the room say noise proof rooms. We had to request and change the room which they did for us. As soon as we got in the room we heard some girls shouting in the lift as the lift had stopped working and they were stuck. For breakfast it was surprising that we had to pay extra for a hot chocolate and for eggs. Those are basic things which should be a part of a breakfast. On the other side the staff was very helpful. As soon as we complained they changed the room for us. During check out one of the staffs really tried hard to get us a taxi. Unfortunately I personally wouldn't go again to the hotel

I booked for 3 nights, I stayed for 5 hours. My room was wet and water leaking everywhere. My luggage got wet and had to purchase new clothes. The hotel has ignored my emails and requests for payments towards my clothes! I was lied too about the AC which was not working and I was told the entire hotel AC was not functioning, but was clearly working in all the rooms. I confronted the reception staff who cannot do anything, the management of the hotel is poor. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my money back from the hotel as a refund. They could not process a refund and I am emailing every week and I am getting back nonsense ! Do not stay here, if you want to ruin your trip!

Bathroom privacy is a concern.. Aircon did not work properly.. they were not able to fix.. lift buttons need some work..
Sloppy housekeeping.. bathrooms had been recently renovated.. still had construction dust.. took away 4 towels and then replaced 3..
Horrible breakfast experience .. no buffet.. so must take their set meal with beef (we are vegetarians).. not interested in our inputs.. no replacements offered.. charged extra even though we didnt take their set meal..

The room was DIRTY and was dusty.
The mini fridge was broken
We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping was done despite us putting a sign on the door and also calling reception to inform them no housekeeping was done and they said they would send someone but they never did.
Utterly unprofessional staff. I do not know how this hotel is still operating
