one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

這家酒店不僅離藍色清真寺和聖索菲亞大教堂很近，且附近有不少便利店，離海邊也近，非常方便。餐廳據說有100年歷史，菜肴非常精緻可口，價格也適中，我們從外麪帶了一份Baklava希望可以讓餐廳幫我們加熱，結果餐廳主廚直接給我們重新做了一份新的請我們吃，還送了冰淇淋，令我們印象深刻（超好吃，一路吃下來最好吃的一次）。 前台有位非常禮貌的土耳其紳士先生，用不緊不慢的語氣操着一口流利的英語；有一位總是麪帶笑容的服務員先生也是令我印象深刻，我們住了兩晚，那位先生用他樂觀而勤勞的性格打動了我——儘管語言不通，可這樣的精神卻是可以跨越遙遠國界的。我們需要打車時，都拜託了前台的先生幫我們叫車，明碼標價，這比自己打車安心很多（自己叫出租車難免會有宰客的情況）。 花園非常漂亮，夏天也不會太熱，每晚我都會在花園裡坐上一小會再回去睡覺；我的浴室還有古色古香的銅盆用於沐浴。總之，這裡是我住過最佳的酒店之一。

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins. HI - I have marked this as average for a couple of reasons - the first is that when you book this hotel online they do not tell you that there are 2 wings in the hotel facing each other - the first is one is the main only with suite rooms and the other one is called the ”deluxe” wing. Also they don't tell on the website what is different between the 2 wings - we booked the hotel through Makemytrip.com website where it was mentioned that the room size was 325 sq ft and advertised as a 5 star hotel. Believing the details we booked the hotel for 7 nights - now when we check in we find the following problems : 1. The room is barely 200 sq ft in size and very small 2. The floors are stained 3. The furniture is all scratched 4. There is supposedly a balcony which is dirty and walls are stained 5. The lobby of the so called 5 star hotel was like a 2 star small lobby. So we call the Guest Relationship executive and make the complaints that this is not a 5 start hotel room - it is not even a 2 star hotel room and the area is much smaller than advertised. He agrees with us but says he is helpless - so we ask to see the manager - the manager has perfected the art of making excuses - he tells us that the room is used daily so the furniture is damaged and the area of the room is as per the original plan which was passed although the actual size is small. We made a huge fuss and asked to be relocated to the other wing - so they showed us a suite room which was nice and we asked them to move us there - they said that this would cost us 90 euros per night extra - we negotiated and settled at euro 50 per night and paid euros 350 extra for the 7 nights. This wing is fine and service is also good. I am attaching the pictures of the room in the deluxe wing - please see for your self whether this can be called as a room of a 5 tsar hotel. The hotel really needs to be pulled up for false advertising and also MakeMyTrip should be pulled up for not verifying claims of the hotels they advertise on their website.

酒店很小，在一個很窄的巷子裏，衹能搭的士過去，周圍也都是類似的小酒店，每一家都很有特色，整條小巷都很美。周圍很多味道不錯的餐廳，去藍色清真寺、大巴扎走路幾百米就到，房間不大，但很漂亮，也很乾凈，早餐超級無敵好吃。一個來自格魯吉亞的帥哥前台，態度特別好。因為能在攜程訂房的原因，住在這裏的中國人特別多，女生都穿着國人特有防曬服和口罩，特別好認。

我在這家旅館住了大約兩個月。與其他旅捨不同的是，每天都會進行清潔工作，更換床單。保持乾淨。如果您有任何問題，請報告，我們將立即解決。接待處的朋友（Seyf、Gamze、Ali）、RoofBar 的朋友（Sevda、Ulaş、Özkan、Adnan）、客房清潔人員和其他工作人員也非常貼心。這是我絕對推薦的旅館。

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, κατηγορίας τεσσάρων αστέρων όμως (και όχι 5). Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Απίστευτη θέα. Το μπάνιο μεγάλο και το στρώμα του κρεβατιού πολύ άνετο. Το πρωινό πολύ ακριβό για την ποιότητας του. Σε γενικές γραμμές καλή εμπειρία. Η τοποθεσία δεν μπορεί να κριθεί λόγω της μεγάλης κίνησης στην πόλη. Ασφαλείς περιοχή. Το κέντρο του Μπεσίκτας είκοσι λεπτά με τα πόδια . Επίσης, το Ορτακόι δέκα λεπτά με ταξί.
