酒店很喜歡,選擇靠近海邊,讓一切都靠近。酒店一切都乾淨,整潔。酒店3天/2晚不貴700里拉。2個成人+1個孩子。每天清理。內衣白雪,牀上方便。早餐開着。我們房間裏只有睡覺,幾天的選擇很好,所以不需要窗外景色,反之房間,睡覺,什麼都聽不到。大德清真寺附近。空調和電池都有。沒後悔。我們就在附近走。✔topkaps。✔宮多馬巴赫切(這是我一生中見過的最好的。100倍的海米塔加),坐電車10分鐘。✔yayasophia。✔藍色清真寺。。✔ 巴塞利卡車。✔ 車車。✔ 埃及巴薩。✔ 坐船到這裏來這裏只是坐公交車,車程1.90 ✔ 考古博物館✔ 岸✔ 加拉塔 ✔ 橋 帶餐廳和咖啡館...酒店餐廳吃的很好吃,有時候吃的,每步都要進店/咖啡館,5分鐘到海邊。

如果我曾經回到伊斯坦布爾,這就是我想再次入住的地方!位置優越,靠近所有歷史悠久的地方,步行5分鐘到Aya Sofia,同樣距離到達Galata Bridge到達Karakoy。酒店坐落在街上到處都是景點,入住和步行都很好。很多餐館,商店,麪包店,咖啡館,咖啡店,你想要和需要的都是這家酒店周圍。房間很棒,乾淨衛生,住得舒服,需要的東西都有。每天早上早餐美味!樓下紅河酒吧是去享受的地方!而且這家酒店最寶貴的資產是它的員工!樂於助人,貼心,總是有求必應。尤尼斯和尤格穆爾,你是最好的!早上自助餐的男女,餐廳服務員都很好,很友好。謝謝你們的熱情款待,以及你們爲讓我的住宿難忘所做的一切努力!

Our stay at the hotel had some positive instances and unfortunately more negative occurrences. Positive - hotel staff (bellman and some of the front counter staff were very helpful going above and beyond to assist with our luggage and unloading/loading our rental car) plus the location was super convenient. The older 2 bellmen at the hotel were very accommodating and always tried to correct any issues we had. Negative - some of the front counter staff were confirmed liars telling me there were no rooms in the hotel with balconies (we were finally assigned a balcony room) on another occasion I had to ask three times for our room to be cleaned as the maid service never cleaned our room one day. Also one of the A/C units in the room next to the bed could not be turned off and only blew hot air. The hotel resolution was for us to run the other unit and leave the door to the balcony open. BTW my husband had 8 hour surgery that day and this made his night's sleep very uncomfortable due to the heat. There was broken glass in the carpet in our room which I cut my toe on. When I told the front desk, they did nothing about it or even apologized. The Terrace Restaurant manager is completely ”disingenuous” and very money hungry. He kept pushing a bottle of water on me at dinner which I refused and then insisted on adding the price of the water to my bill. I explained I did not want the water as I was drinking wine and have free bottles of water in my room. After I adjusted the bill myself, he finally agreed to remove the charge. I found him to be VERY fake in all times I saw him in the hotel.

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins. My wife and I enjoyed our week-long stay in the Soul Hotel in Istanbul in January 2023. We found a “home” there and got treated like “VIPs”. (I’m confident that EVERY Soul Hotel guest likely receives VIP TREATMENT, though.) Normally, I would not post a review because leaving a SUPER review has the potential to make it harder for me to find availability for my own stay. However, I see that recently there was posted a crazy review. People need to know that that review is baloney, and I don't believe one single word of it, and neither should you! I’m American and have stayed in hotels throughout the world, so I am quite experienced to say that there is a combination of factors that makes the Soul hotel one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere. The soul hotel is IMMACULATE. Not only is it clean, but it is also SAFE; the temperature controls in the room ALL work perfectly; the water pressure is SUPER; it is QUIET; the sheets and towels are new and high quality; it has a TERRIFIC breakfast; it’s a beautifully designed hotel with a lovely combination of antique and modern (see the photos)—BUT… incredibly----these are not even the best feature. THE BEST feature of the hotel is: its STAFF. They are ALL GOOD PEOPLE. The staff members really CARE about guests. They ALL speak English quite well and most speak other languages, too! They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and helpful. When you combine all these elements together, it makes for a truly memorable experience that is even reasonably priced(!) On top of the pricing, the design, the excellent staff, the great food and immaculate cleanliness, THEN there's the LOCATION. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the most charming part of Istanbul. There are antique shops and art galleries and coffee houses all around, and it’s even around the corner from the #1 Hammam Spa in Istanbul. It’s also located about 7 minutes walking distance from Istiklal Street, the major street where all the big shops are. There’s simply no better accommodations to be had in Istanbul. I invested an huge amount of time researching and vetting various hotels before choosing the Soul Hotel, and I chose entirely correctly. So, for free, you now get to benefit of all my investigations and experience, and I get to worry that I’ll have to fight you in the future for my own reservations. I wrote this because I couldn't ignore the reputation of this really fine establishment being attacked by crazy lies. Soul Hotel staff give their best for guests, and I feel obliged to stand-up against any bad things implied about this hotel. Soul Hotel is a CLASS ACT all the way.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We had two rooms on the same floor which connected by a small hallway. Very private. The rooms were very nice--comfortable beds, lovely view, and plenty of space. The breakfast was very good with fresh vegetables, an egg dish, variety of cheeses, bread, meat, spreads, etc. Delicious and filling. The hotel is in a great central location for walking to all the sites. It is on a side street that is quiet. The best part of the hotel, for us, was the staff, especially Milad. He was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We looked forward to his warm greeting everyday. When we got lost trying to find the hotel in our rental car, he came out to meet us in a parking lot at 1am to guide us. He parked our car in an off-site location and retrieved it for us. He carried our luggage and even walked with us to the ferry terminal to make sure we got on the right Bosphorus cruise. He was amazing and went above and beyond. Milad's genuine kindness is what sets this hotel apart and makes it truly exceptional. It is also in the Rick Steves' guidebook as a top pick! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
