When we booked our room it was advertised as 2 Queen beds, they were definitely not Queens but we’re double beds, so we ee ended up sleeping in 2 separate beds. A King room wasn’t available so that’s why we opted for a Queen room. I think we should be somewhat compensated for this. The rest of our stay was quite good.

Pros: nice size room. Place to put luggage. Grab bar in tub. Good water pressure. Nice breakfast. Big sink area. Cons: tv remote wouldn’t change channels. They sent maintenance up, and she looked things over and went and got new remote. She thought she fixed it, but same problem. We just turned tv off. She was very nice as was all the staff. Desk light wouldn’t work. Maybe switch. Reported both at check out. Hotel is nice, besides those inconveniences, which unfortunately were important to us.

We checked in a little early but did not go up to the room as we were participating in move in day at Ithaca College. We paid a premium to stay on move in night. Double the price of an average 1 night stay. Arriving back at the hotel at 8:30pm we saw a bunch of men in the corner lot playing loud music. As a family with a child we felt uncomfortable getting out of our car. The music was blaring loud. We went up to the room and asked the front desk if they could assist. We were exhausted and had to listen to the music for a good 20 minutes before it stopped. We will not be returning.

The stay was good. Had some minor issues. No shampoo bottle in the bathroom. Cable tv box didn’t work properly. Free coffee was weak. Overall: Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel room had construction in the room above us so we had no sleep. Water was coming into our room making a mess. We asked for a refund and was denied.

Enjoyed the few night that spent here. The room was clean and up to date. Free and tasty breakfast was inclusive. My Only gripe was that room cleaning was only provided upon request.

Breakfast was great, bedding was clean, room had an odd smell to it, bathroom floor was dirty, and the caulking in the shower was growing mold. service was very very slow at check in.

Located on a busy road. Our first night we were right above the highway & didn't sleep at all. I think that room 209 should be a linen closet and not a room for guests. The 2nd night we were moved to room 402 facing the back of the hotel which was a much better sleep but the walls were very thin on that floor and we heard our neighbors up until the time we fell asleep. Overall a nice hotel, but dated. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Nice hotel, clean, comfy room, and plenty of breakfast options including eggs. Our only complaint was not enough soundproofing between the room next to us with the shared door.
