伊茲密爾布爾谷酒店的評價

İzmire gittiğimde hep konakladığım otel ancak Housekeeping bu sefer iyi değildi. Odaya temizlik amacıyla girmişler ancak yatağa hiç dokunmamışlardı. 2 kişilik yataktaki yorgan tek kişilikti. Klozetin kapağında sabun artıkları vardı ve temizlik yapılan süngeri lavaboda unutmuşlardı. Çok özensiz yapmışlar.

A/C yetersiz oda çok soğuktu, lavabo musluğu altına el girmiyor, çarşaflar ütüsüz ve kırışıktı, resepsiyon mükemmel çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü.

Oda soğuktu, çok ses vardı iş makinelerinden dolayı ayrıca ön cephe 1.Katta olduğumuzdan ötürü rahatsız olduk.

Familien ungeeignet. Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Scheint für viele junge Leite als Absteige zu dienen.

İş seyahati için maalesef kaldığım Otelin eskiliği vs bir yana bırakıyorum. Otelden ayrıldıktan sonra otel yönetiminden bir hanımefendinin beni arayarak yastık kılıfının kaybolduğunu haberimin olup olmadığını sorması ima ettiği konu karşısında gösterdiğim tepki karşısında da yanlış anlamayın belki üstüne birşey döküldü de temizlemeye mi verdiniz diyerek özürü kabahatinden büyük bir bahane üretmesi sizlerin oteli değerlendirmeniz için yeterli olmalı.

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced, the staff is not responsive at all, if you are hungry and don't want to leave the hotel there is no restaurant in the hotel to eat, there is only a small breakfast. The wifi on the top floor is completely out, I informed them several times and each time they said they would inform the technician, it will be fixed tomorrow but unfortunately it didn't work.

Housekeeping is terrible I have my new bought pants stolen never got to wear them, I checked my luggage after checking out just to find out I have my pants missing I called reception mind you it’s been only an hour since I checked out asked about the pants if they got it they told me no?? I checked all my and my friends bags guess what no sign of my pants. So since I don’t think my pants can walk and I’m not the type of person to forget about my stuff there’s only one chance and housekeeping did nothing anyways they didn’t clean anything they just stole and made beds

We’re an English family staying here for dental work in the area. The hotel is ‘OK’. Centrally located but it’s a very big city. The breakfast is definitely continental, I can’t comment on other meals but we did have room service for an evening meal and it was ‘OK’. The roof top pool and bar is the best thing about the hotel. But drinks are very expensive up there. Defintely a mid range hotel. Some staff speak broken English but not many. Shops, cafes and bars within walking distance and the sea is 15 mins walk but no beaches in walking distance.

We booked a queen-size bedroom. The only asset I can retain is that we have a living room in addition to the bedroom, leaving us with a good amount of space. However, the room was not well-kept. The lights did not work properly, the only chair in the room was broken and reeked. The small couch had a huge white stain on it. The bathroom smelled like a sewer which worsend overtime. There was no cleaning or changing the towels during the five nights we stayed there. Another huge drawback was that barely any staff members spoke English. And the one who did didn't understand our request for a second blanket, as they provided us with a small double blanket which did not suffice. After experiencing the meager breakfast buffet, we asked to get a refund of the breakfast upgrade for the remaining nights. They did not refund us the money. Overall, this place is mouch more run-down than the pictures would suggest. As the living costs in Turkey are fare lower than in Europe, this hotel's rate is overpriced for the poor accomodation you get.
