傑克遜威斯汀酒店(The Westin Jackson)

We arrived at 9pm & were exhausted from driving 7 hours. The cost for one night was high but we desperately needed a good nights sleep. It was a magnificent room & the bed was so comfy. The rain shower was fabulous. The only issue we had was that we were told at checkin that brunch was included with our stay so we thought that truly makes up for the extra expense of the room. However, when we went to eat the next morning we found out that it was not included. The prices were a little expensive so we shared a chicken & waffles plate. It was delicious. Overall it was a very nice hotel & we would definitely stay there again.

We went for our granddaughter's graduation from Jackson Medical School of dentistry. Her awards dinner was held at the Westin, and we stayed there for convenience. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel stay was very accommodating, the entire process of checking in, all the Facility were excellent. The up grades were well 2.

Very clean and accommodating. I just wish Jackson would invest in the surrounding businesses.

The property was safe and secure. The surface was excellent from valley to check in. Everything was in order.

I love where the hotel is located in downtown Jackson. Their well known museums have 5-10 minutes commute time.

Our TV screen was purple (broke) and the handheld sprayer in the shower was leaking from the hose. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We will stay here again. The website for the restaurant needs to be updated because some pages show different times. There should be more options for picky children.

Property is very nice. Spa and restaurant are on site. Very clean and staff are very friendly!

THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THER WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE TELEVISION AND LIGHT, THEY PROMPTLY GOT ANOTHER ROOM. ROOM SERVICE WAS GOOD.
