Despite using my ******* Confirmation to check-in, the front desk clerk charged me a second time for my room. She said she would refund the duplicate charge, but did not. I've called twice and been told I would get a refund, but that has not happened. Not only that, they refuse to take the hold off my card for incidentals, after over a week.

They have out of control guests living there and cannot get them to settle down and got mad at me for complaining and asked me to leave. The manager said she would refund my last night but instead I was charged additional $205 for who knows what- the manager will not returning my calls and was SO RUDE. They don’t know what they’re doing and the manager is just a ridiculous fool

I didnt like that they forgot to clean my room had to go to front desk to get clean towels more toilet paper and conditioner and trash bags to empty my own trash. They didint even try to correct it.

Hotel was just ok. Room was not very clean and the bathroom was very dirty. A compliant was made to housekeeping, but was ignored. We cleaned it ourselves.

Bathroom door was detached from the from the hinges and would not close. Informed the front desk the next morning and they didn’t seem shocked to hear it.

Room did not feel adequately cleaned. In fact we found a wallet in plain sight on the floor which you’d think would have been found by the cleaning crew. Bathroom sink and shower were full of mold. Globs of dust and smears all over the nightstand. Will not be returning
