We would stay again. Over all we were happy with our stay. The restaurant had good food as well.

It was a lovely stay. We decided to go at the ladt min. Was delighted with the price. Aloha was in the kitchen and was wonderful because i needed a glass of milk and she promptly got me one. Will stay there again and highly recommend it.

The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. The live entertainment was fun to listen to while having a drink at the bar. It was nice having the continental breakfast option, but could have used more protein items.

Pros: Very comfortable and quiet, with plenty of in-room amenities such as jetted tub, real wood fireplace and large rooms. Nice restaurant and lounge area. Bucolic, forested setting. Service is excellent. Almost resort-like. Cons: Poor internet and television service (email etc. is fine, movie streaming is a no go). Rooms are short on outlets and charging ports. Breakfast is bare minimum... cereal, toast, fruit, boiled egg, no hot items. This is a deal-breaker if your looking for an extended stay as the nearest town is 20 minutes away. Overall, very relaxing with very good value for the working traveller or casual over-night stay.

Zero to no communication. We booked a king room with a jacuzzi tub and fire place! Called to make sure. Called in day of to let them know we were going to be arriving late. Got to the property and we were finally informed that the tub in our room was not working. They offered to move us to a standard king room with a working one with no fireplace and move us the in the morning when one was vacant. Room was small and cramped. Went to the front desk in the morning to ask for our move the night shift didn’t relay the information to the morning shift so they had no idea that they needed to keep a room open for us. They came over to us while eating breakfast that they upgraded the other people to a better room to get us in our original room. Why would they tell us that. Why wouldn’t they upgrade our room due to the tub being broken. We moved rooms and were very happy with the room, but we felt like we lost a day of enjoying the room as our plan was to just relax in the tub and by the fire Very disappointing to say the least. Beds were comfy though!

In a great location but the service was poor they were obviously understaffed. We went for a holiday and they had a dinner package but otherwise the resturant was closed and that was not noted on the website.

Such a nice rustic lodge with wonderful service..all stall bent over backwards to help you! Expensive but great food and drinks in their restaurant..free kindling and firewood for your room right outside your door along with directions! Loved it and the jacuzzi tub! Great rocking chair porch. Ten minutes from Ashland and food places..would stay here over and over♥️

My top three needs for a great stay is safety, cleanliness and a comfortable bed. This place had all of that plus more! First of all, we had booked a basic two queen room for the two of us (it was cheaper) and when we showed up they offered us a a free upgrade to a suite! So we enjoyed a jetted tub, two comfy chairs next to a fireplace, a balcony, and a separate kitchenette and dining room. The King size bed was also amazing and very comfortable. WOW! We were spoiled! The mountain decor, the kindness of everyone in the building, the thorough breakfast, and the ease of finding the place was also an added bonus.
