傑克遜希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton Jackson, MI)

Hotel was good, good location for where I needed to go, first time stay at Tru and boy what a disappointment. Go downstairs for breakfast and asked staff who was laid back on sofa, where are the eggs? She replied in a not so friendly way there are no eggs today, no explanation no nothing. Last time I will stay at this chain, all hotels in area serve breakfast with eggs, if it is an order issue the manager should be reprimanded, if a staff didn't feel like making eggs issue the manager should address it. I thought I went to a third tier chain motel!

Check in was a bit shady but the hotel was very nice and clean.

This was a amazing place to stay. very clean room with nice pillows and blankets and comfortable bed. They are very respectful and considerate employees when checking in and out. The breakfast was absolutely great. Definitely rate it 10 out of 10 and would recommend this place to anyone that likes to travel or just wants to just find a place to relax.

We stayed 2 nights for son's graduation. EVERY member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby felt like visiting someone's home and the people at the desk made us feel like we were part of their family.

The staff the room the pool the service was great ! The hotel was clean and very nice. We enjoyed the pool as it was open until midnight the kids loved a late night swim after skating , the pillows were jus how I liked them and I needed an extra pillow and blanket and staff had no issue bringing it to my room. I appreciate all this as we had a rough night before the stay on Saturday, so it was much needed

Staff were super nice and friendly but you get what you pay for. The walls of the room were so thin you could hear a pin drop 10 rooms down. Bfast was just ok.

I am very up set that being a Hilton member and they won’t give me my points because I booked the ******* had I known things would be different. Just very up setting.

Checked in but when we got to room, there was already someone in the room. Thank goodness there was another room available since I already paid for it by reservation.
