It was better than expected

Our room was very nice. The elevator that we took twice smelt like someone was smoking something other that cigarettes in it, the breakfast area is much too small for such a great hotel. We came down to eat at 8:00 and people were eating in the lounge area on sofas. Also upon leaving there was water/coffee trail from inside elevator to the check-out desk. Once I let the receptionist know about the incident she did not even get up to check it out. Safe hazard for sure when there were so many people there that morning.

The 2nd shift lady was very nice. The room looked clean at first glance and it was not . The bathroom had dirt and grime all over the floor. I pulled back the top sheets on the bed and almost puked. The fitted sheet had little black bugs all over it. Needles to say, i was exhausted so I sprayed the couch and alept on that. They say you can watch Showtime but when you put it on that channel, it freezes.

We are BW Reward Members and loved this property! We stayed for 4 days and will definitely return. Our room was quiet and well maintained. The staff was the pleasant and friendliest we have come across in quite a while. Sharon kept the breakfast area full of food, tidy and clean. She has a sweet personality that was pleasant to encounter early in the morning and the cheerful music in the breakfast area was uplifting. We left there to spend time at a local ******. We were checked in by the front desk manager who didn't even look at us while checking in. She sounded like a robot. Upset me that we traveled 1100 miles and got that greeting.

Do not stay here! We checked in later in the evening. Front desk staff was not welcoming, didnt even have eye contact with me. The room I got was on the first floor, smelled musty and old and very humid. When i looked around, the lamps were full of mold around the top edges ALOT of it. The molding around the bottom of the floor looked ripped off with rusty nails exposed..super hazardous condition especially if you have kids. I requested another room. They gave me one on another floor that smelled better with finished moldings on the ground but still had mold on lamps. Please look for another hotel, there are better options in the area.

I booked it online. The pictures of the hotel that I booked is not the same one on the web page. We were very disappointed when we got there. The breakfast food was ok but the kitchen was so small there wasn’t enough room to sit and eat your breakfast. The prices for the room was very expensive for a hotel in that area. The hotel that I booked stayed that it was in Biloxi ,MS but it wasn’t it was in Ocean Springs ,MS which is faults advertising. I wish I could add a picture where I can show the difference in the hotel pictures.

Excellent stay. Appeared new or newly remodeled. Very sound proof. Nice, well kept pool. Great breakfast! What an incredible find for my overnight stay! Thank you so much!

This was a last minute trip and the hotel was very convenient for the destination location. The room was clean the staff were so nice and accommodating.

It's been a long time since I stayed at a hotel of this level. Just needed a place to sleep on a long road trip... But still, was shocked by his rough the room was in this place. The whole hotel needs refurbishing.
