白牛俱樂部酒店(The White Buffalo Club)

Staff was very friendly and the room had all the amenities you need!! Loved the bathrobes and the option of having a washer & dryer in the room. Complimentary to go breakfast options were great and the coffee delicious. Location is convenient and walkable to town. My only suggestion is it’s time for new sheets, they are noisy and the duvet stained. This small upgrade would make a world of difference.

We decided to spend just a little bit more than we usually do, but this place was more than worth it. The slate floors in the halls and bathrooms, comfy double king beds and more gave an overall feeling of luxury. Continental breakfast included yogurt, berries, granola, quiche and much more was a nice send off on our morning. Dinner at their restaurant was the best on our whole trip.

We liked the fact that it was convenient, and everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was nice but could have been nicer for the price paid. What I didn't like was that the hotel staffing was not very friendly and when I asked a question, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. We only visited the lobby on arrival and when I had a question about checking out because the rudeness was unbearable. The walls are paper thin because the last 2 nights spent there, we had someone literally clomping around over our head. Not much sleep going on those 2 nights, as it sounded like someone was walking on their heels and moving furniture at 2am. The bathroom door barely shut, the washer/dryer was way too small, the bed wasn't very comfortable at all. Sorry to have to say these things, but like us, our first experience in Jackson was an okay stay. We don't expect a lot, but some of it could have been better.

The property is extremely convenient to everything In Jackson. Nice light breakfast. Property is in good condition. Didn’t try the restaurant but heard great reviews about it. Mattress was not up to our standards, but we will consider this property again when we decide to come back to Jackson.

We had an excellent experience at the White Buffalo. We stayed during “off season” so the restaurant was closed. We received multiple emails from them notifying of this before our stay. The staff was so helpful in recommending restaurants, finding wildlife and activities since a lot was closed during this time. The hotel was super clean and amenities were great for our stay!

If you’re staying there as a skier, it’s barely a block from the Teton Village shuttle; very convenient. Also, the daily housekeeping kept things absolutely sparkling, clean. Everything was reset perfectly as if you were never there. The small but full kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need for six people. The bed was super comfortable, and had more than adequate pillows. The included “grab and go” breakfast was a really nice touch, with fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, Greek yogurt, decadent treats from The Bunnery, fresh fruit, a variety of granolas, and more! It’s a quiet neighborhood yet only a few blocks from the town square. It’s very accessible to everything. I give it 5 stars; everything was great!

The place is pretty decent, especially for the location. We extended our stay by one night and ended up moving rooms. Our second room even though it was the same type of room, seemed not as nice. Room service had time to replace and refold towels every single day, but not refill the coffee. Our keys deactivated on both of our rooms right away the morning of checkout at 9:00 even though checkout isn’t until 11:00. This made it more difficult to carry stuff out and load as someone always had to stay in the room. The noise from scraping snow our last night was constant from 3:00 am until 8:00 am. I realize, they can’t necessarily help this but just something to be aware of.

White Buffalo Club is a great place to stay. Much of the hotel has been revamoed and it is modern, clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food. The grabngo breakfast had many breakfast choices to provide a well balanced breakfast.

I booked (and paid for) 2 rooms but at checkin there was one 1 reservation / 1 room. Took awhile to get ********** on the phone (online help was useless) and by the time they started to address the issue we’d all agreed to cram into a single room as this was a reservation of necessity and not pleasure (cancelled flight). ********** representative eventually talked to hotel and refunded the extra room - both customer service at hotel and ********** were great - Just an unfortunate situation
