Hands down best breakfast so far on our trip. Many options. Comfortable bed and room temperature. Love BW soft pillows. Did have issue with shower water not staying hot and water does not drain properly. Beautiful foyer and breakfast area. Nice pool and fitness room.

New and clean in a safe area convenient to the highway, and yet very insulated and quiet. Best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel, and nicer gym and pool than most.

friendly staff, clean and newer hotel, good hot breakfast, stayed on interstate side so could hear some road noise but not too bad, would stay here again

Six-story tall hotel without poured concrete floors. You can hear someone cross their legs in the bed above you. ANY movement above is amplified below. A toilet flush sounds like a visit to Niagara Falls. Highly recommended to the hearing impaired or sixth-floor reservation holders only. The room also smelled as if it was disinfected in connection with a crime scene - overwhelming! Normally I would never bother to mention this but, the front desk staff were the least welcoming people I've met in the hospitality industry though, they did nothing "wrong".

The entrance had a curb in front of the door. To get the baggage cart to the trunk of the car you had to wheel the cart down the sidewalk to the ramp beyond the overhang then back up to the car. When loaded you had to reverse the process. Fortunately it was only misting not pouring rain or we would have been drenched. The cart itself was triangular and barely big enough for our belongings for 2. A family would have needed 2 trips. The shower was nice and large but the 1 sliding door was on the left and the faucet was on the right. This meant you had to be in the shower to turn it on which meant you got blasted with cold water! And the safety rail was next to the faucet on the opposite end of the shower from the door where it did no good. Seemed like the designer did not take some very practical things into consideration. The laminate front edge of the desk was loose. And there was only 1 pod of real coffee.

I loved that it was quiet, clean , everything was so beautiful in there as well, and plenty of parking as well .
