Holes from cigarettes in the bedspread. Manager doesn't care about elderly or animals. Completely unreasonable. Obstinate. Manager and wife care nothing about others only care about money. No hot water. Non caring attitude. Found manager in laundry room kissing the maid.EXTREMEMLY RUDE."
