This property is right on the beach! We asked for and received a room with a balcony overlooking the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food in the on-site restaurant was quite good. Two drawbacks: no restaurants in walking distance, and we weren’t warned that we would have to pay for parking. We would stay there again.

The lobby smells absolutely amazing which gives off a great vibe and start to your stay. The check in process was smooth and ALL of the staff members I encountered were more than welcoming and pleasant. The pool was heated and open late and the hot tub was large and rejuvenating. The AC in the room worked extremely well. The bed was cozy and the ocean view from the room was extremely relaxing. I will be booking more stays here when I come to Jacksonville

This was the first time I had to pay for parking at a property where I was staying. $15 per day to park at your own risk. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The breakfast buffet was $22 per person, so we ate at the Waffle House.

Calm, relaxing evening. Clean room, good water pressure. I requested extra towels, they never came. Other than that, great stay.

Well maintained Facility right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good Location. Motel is in the middle of all types restaurants and bars.

When we arrived the heat didn't work and I had to make several calls for maintenance to fix. Also, there was a couple next door yelling and fighting all night.

Property and staff were great, especially Charles who checked us in, made us feel so welcome and made awesome dinner recommendations! We also loved that it was only steps to the pool/hot tub and the ocean...everything was clean and perfect. Would definitely stay again and hope to see Charles again.

The property was in a good location and clean. The decor in the room was nice.. i really enjoyed the hot shower and shower products however, the bed was too firm and the pillows too soft for my personal preference and did not sleep well at all.

We stayed five nights. They had daily room cleaning which is getting rare these days. We had a beautiful view watching the sunrise from our 6th floor balcony.

The property itself was nice… however its a pet friendly hotel where we were beside two dogs barking all day and night!! On top of the barking, people slamming doors and making noise. We had an ocean front suite which was right which was located on the 2nd floor so all of the visitors at the pool could see and you hear everything! On our last night there around 11pm, someone enters our room… luckily the locks were on the door that prevented there person from entering. I was afraid. It was around 11:20pm when I called to ask the front desk what is going on!! She calls back 5 minutes later to advise it was maintenance going to the wrong room.
