This is always the hotel my dad and I stay at when we come to Jacksonville. It’s a 15 minute drive to the city, always clean, and the staff is always nice. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Great hotel, in a great location. The room is spacious and clean! The staff was fairly nice.

Well, we only stayed 2 nights. When we checked in, I was almost impressed. Although there was no one to greet us at the check-in counter upon arrival, the customer service turned out to be quite pleasant. The second day felt like we were in a different hotel- inferior customer service and a total lack of attention to guests in general. I was told I could receive extra towels, etc. by calling the front desk, but their definition of "shortly" turned out to be about 40 minutes, in which case I had to flag down housekeeping myself, and although I did get what I needed, I struggled to communicate as there was language barrier. I was then about 25 minutes late to my meeting. Oh well. Life is full of unexpected challenges. BUT upon checking out, there was -once again- no one at the desk so I was unable to clarify/confirm my incurred expenses and make sure they were appropriately billed. (I was told at check-in that I only needed to provide a card "to cover up to $50 for incidentals") So, in the end, they charged the wrong credit card and now I have an accounting mess to deal with. Inconsistent customer service and overall underwhelming experience. Hope this helps someone like me :)

Comfortable hotel for one or two nights while traveling. Unsafe parking area when you arrive late at night. One male approached us asking for money to tow his car from a Motel 6 nearby, according to him. Overall, would stay here again if traveling to this area for its affordable prices compared to similar hotels close by.

The lobby is very inviting and the registration staff was friendly, an very accommodating, helpful. We had to ask for another room as the first one assigned had a very musty smell and when we got the air on the moldy smell was blowing in. They switched our room and the hallway the next floor up smelt the same, however our was fine. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was good, however I have gluten issues (so others may really enjoy). They took our towels and garbage but never replaced them or the garbage bags. Had to call for towels and the house phones do not work. What they clean with the sent fills the halls and elevators and seeded toxic at times. We have been in better and worse. Therefore, it was okay. It will not be my first choice in the future.

Toya! Terrific. Kim and breakfast crew very nice and warm. Got stuck on the elevator. Toya.. was the voice of Heaven. Grateful she heard me and helped to get me , eventually four others out of the elevator.
