傑克遜維爾機場雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Jacksonville Airport)

Waiting the room because it say check in at 3 pm but customer tolds me 4 pm and I got back at 4 pm and still waitiny to get the room because I got the room reservation. Now I got it at around 5 pm it was awefully.

Rude and unwelcoming staff. Otherwise property itself is adequate, but I feel overpriced. Room was clean and in a good location near the airport. Appreciated the 24 hour shuttle service that was provided.

My check in was not what I thought it would be. I reserved two rooms under the same reservation but labeled a requested handicap room for the family member staying in that room. We checked in and the handicap room was not available! The guy checking us in did not show any compassion towards the situation. He barely greeted us upon arrival. He made no effort to try and accommodate. He just said my request was only a request and they were full. I explained no one contacted me regarding the issue with the handicap room and he did not care. The rooms were also on different floors! I ended up switching rooms with my family member to make sure he was a little closer to the elevator. There were also bugs in the room and empty soap dispensers in the shower!

The weekend I stayed at this location they roped off the entire parking lot on Saturday for work to be on Monday so finding a parking space was inconvenient when there were so many open but you couldn’t use them.

This property was old and not well maintained. Rust on fixtures in room and dirty room in general.

Advised the staff that the safe was not operational. A tech came and removed a spring, stating it would be fixed the next day. 7 days later, still not fixed. Breakfasts are available for pay only. Considering the cost, and that competitors offer free breakfast, I wouldn't suggest staying here if you like breakfast.

Great location near the airport, restaurants, and shopping. Like most airport hotels it is worn down. Our bathroom door didn't close, the blinds wouldn't open, the air conditioner was super loud and falling off the wall, and the toilet didn't function well.

Worst possible check in experience. We spent a night here on our way to another destination. In addition to not having room type or bad type we booked (that was showing available on *******) receptionist made things worse with her comment - what did you expect to get at 10pm She was rude and unprofessional from start to finish
