늦은시간 방문했는데 잠깐 머물고 가기엔 나쁘지 않았습니다.

The facilities were excellent. Check in was great and when I asked for a late check out it was no problem accommodating my request. Did not get to eat breakfast came in at the tail end of it but I did enjoy my cup of coffee.

I travel for a living, staying 4 nights a week around the USA. This location is by far the best place I’ve stayed in yet. Terry at the front desk was so kind, friendly, funny and accommodating. She’s truly the sweetest bc of that and her outgoing personality I felt seen, respected and included. Truly a family friendly atmosphere!

Worst hotel experience we’ve had and we have stayed at many Country Inns all over the US. Musty armpit smelling hallways. AC broke in the rooms, we changed rooms 3 times and gave up after the third one. Hot tub not working and pellets of poop at the bottom. Very run down hotel. For the price we paid for one night. I expected a quality experience. We were there one night for a concert and it put a damper on our trip.

Clean and VERY QUIET! Whomever wrote about a train must have been reviewing another hotel because the place was full of teens traveling for a competition and I couldn't hear a thing in the hallways or outside. I slept better than I do at home on the comfy pillows after a hot shower with a spa-like heavy spray. I've never been tempted to steal but... I miss those fluffy towels. The hard laminate floors gave me an allergy-free stay as well. Little touches like the 52" TV and the blackout shades fitting into a frame (zero light getting through) make it more than worth the price. I could only eat a fraction of the items I love to eat at breakfast since there were too many options. I went for the gravy over biscuits (the menu may rotate but I got lucky). I almost booked the hotel again the next month but I will if it fits my travel needs.

Well maintained and quiet hotel. It’s a little tucked away so you need to keep your eyes open to find it. Get food before you arrive because there isn’t much in the area. It’s fairly industrial around the hotel and didn’t feel very safe away from the hotel grounds.

Pam was really nice personality is Amazing I was greeted with smiles galore. The place is very clean and comfortable. Pam insure to check if I needed a wake up call and proceeded to give me all the pertinent information about my stay

Positives: The staff was friendly - from check in to breakfast. The room was relatively clean. Negatives: The road noise was extremely loud. The bed was so hard, I ended going out to couch to try to sleep. There were plenty of pillows but, they were the size of throw pillows and not very useful/comfortable. Overall, I left more tired than when I arrived. I will not recommend this hotel.

Reserved a king size room and got couch accent pillows for the bed. Shower pressure mediocre. Had question about billing. Was told one thing one day and something else the next. Agent waved her hand in my face and stated no need to discuss any further.

Stayed at this hotel for one night prior to leaving on a Carnival Cruise out of Jacksonville the next day. The location to the hotel in prox6to the cruise terminal was ideal (about 25 mins). Staff was pleasant, room was cool, comfortable and clean (great pillows). Breakfast was a plus!

Recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great scenery and great customer service. I enjoyed my stay and now it’s the go to place when I’m in Jacksonville. Satisfied customer they have earned.

I stayed one night for my birthday and it was amazing. I had absolutely no complaints. Everything was perfect, jacuzzi worked perfectly. And the Jags won and we got to see it on the big screen. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very grungy and grimy. Musty smell all throughout, walls need painting in common areas and rooms, and general upkeep was terrible. Huge crack in the ceiling in our room, we thought it could collapse on us in the night. Staff were not that friendly. When we checked in the receptionist was on the phone with her friend which was distracting... It was not worth the cost and I do not recommend anyone staying here...overpriced and underwhelmed.

Wonderful experience Q was a wonderful receptionist.Guest services was wonderful. The lady that does breakfast on the weekends was a real sweetheart also. Rooms were very clean. Already have reservations for next year, Fl/GA weekend.GO DAWGS!
