Really enjoy my stay very clean and friendly atmosphere. I will book with them again. Made me feel very comfortable during my layover.

Although the property itself was nice, the attention to the cleanliness was lacking within the rooms. In fact, the desk chair had numerous visible stains that obviously had been there for quite some time. I am sure that we were not the first to see them. This colored the remainder of our stay, as we did not know the viability of the cleanliness of other articles of furniture, including the bed. In addition, there was absolutely no warm or hot water for morning showers. If you enjoy cold showers, then this would be a good place for you.

We had a long day and at first the hotel seemed very spacious, clean and perfect for the night. Then I tried to take a shower and there was NO hot water . The front desk lady was rude and unapologetic. She stated this had been a problem since February . Why were we put in a problematic room if the hotel knew there was no hot water in this room ? Eventually she suggested we could try another room which we did and this one had water that was hot enough for a shower although still not up to usual hotel standards . No compensation was offered , no assistance to move from one room to another , no one even came to the room . This is not what I have experienced in other Home2suites so it was very disappointing.

My stay was good hotel is pretty and clean except for the pool it needs maintenance

Hotel was clean and comfortable along with friendly staff. No complaints. I read reviews prior to our trip with complaints about the ACs not working well. Ours was not working well so I called and maintenance came within a few minutes to fix. We left for the day and came back to a working AC that froze the room just the way we like it. The front desk was very helpful with any questions and helped with anything we needed assistance with.

We purchased a room and my employee showed up and they said they had no rooms available, Very frustrating and disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel

The hotel itself was good but we had a cockroach in our room! On the wall! Something was leaking not sure if it was the fridge or the tub? I had to put towels all over. The location was close to our destination and the room was ok for a family of 5. The breakfast was bad. The coffee has no flavor, water down. The omelette seemed from the frozen section, not good . The jimmy sandwich was good. The only good thing was the waffle maker. The fire pit in the front was hit!

Showed up to a very rude staff member who was clearly upset that she had to check us in. They had a hot water issue the whole time so we had luke warm to cold showers for our stay. They finally had a plumber come in after 3 days of this, but he worked on it from 9pm to 4am for the final two nights of our stay. When I asked what was going on as it was all occurring across the hall from our room, they threw there hands up and told me they would be done at 4. Terrible stay on a great vacation. Really too bad
