海洋陽台海濱酒店(Balcon del Mar Beach Front Hotel)

The cleaner stole my pearl earrings. We only ate breakfast after not gone.

Malas habitaciones (hay insectos en ropa de cama y habitación/los baños son anticuados, había un olor a cloaca y cañería y eso que mi habitación estaba en 3er piso, toallas manchadas y sucias) TV viejo, AC no funciona bien, elevador no funciona, poca comida en el desayuno y muy mala atención del personal en la recepción. Las puertas están en mal estado; la mía quedaba semiabierta, era difícil cerrar y abrirla. Muy sobrevalorado, es una Tourist Trap.

Estancia terrible, no había agua potable en baños lo que significa que no corría en WC ni ducha. Se solicitó agua en botellas para lavarnos los dientes, al menos tres veces y nunca llegó ( espere por lo menos 2 horas). La piscina estaba en mantenimiento porque la estaban pintando, con 30 grados de calor y además la ventana de la habitación no funcionaba bien. También el ascensor durante los dos dias estuvo sin funcionar, tuvimos que subir las maletas a mano ya que nadie del personal se ofreció a ayudarnos, para finalizar, la escalera de la piscina estaba mala, ya que tenía el último peldaño maño siendo un peligro para todos. En conclusión, un desastre de hotel no dan soluciones, no se hospeden en el hotel ya que se pueden llevar muy malas vacaciones. Además, que pedí reembolso y por supuesto que no me lo dieron

Excelente opción si buscar estar cerca de la playa y de mucha opciones de restaurantes

The location is perfect. The food is good. Breakfast is included. The internet always works and even reaches out to the beach. Plenty of towels in the rooms. The biggest fail is that coolers and personal speakers are prohibited around the pool. I would not stay here again solely for this reason. The seating at the restaurant should be managed better. I traveled in a group of 10 family members, 6 adults and 4 kids. One or two people would be allowed to occupy a table for 6 instead of a table for 2 or 4 and the employees wouldn't ask them to move to a smaller table. But then we were asked to move from the two tables of 4 that we pulled chairs up to because it left a table of 2 without chairs and we were told that they were executive tables as if we didn't belong there.

I liked that the property was close to the ocean, dining, shopping and was safe.
