The master bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen-size bed as well as a generous closet and ensuite with walk-in shower. Flamboyance is what you'll find when you step into our 2nd bedroom with its flamingo wallpaper and feathered overhead lamp. Full size bed, and closet space. Welcome to the shore. Our 3rd bedroom is designed with beach wave wallpaper and beach decor. It comes with a twin bed and twin trundle. This room is semi private. There is a full size bathroom with tub in the hall. The mid century kitchen takes you back in time with its 50's diner decor. It is fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, pots & pans, blender, dishes, glassware, bakeware and more. There are two trash cans in the cabinet to the right of the sink. Enjoy your meals in the 'garden' with our whimsical garden decorated dining room. The living room is definitely mid century modern with the velvet couches, vinyl wall and record player. It is also fitted with a fire place, just for ambiance (PLEASE DONOT BURN WOOD IN IT). If that's not enough, the BACKYARD is equipped to bring the fun outdoors! Our large firepit area allows for long talks around the fire. Or take a seat on the swings under the pergola. Play a friendly game of mega chess on our newly painted concrete chess board, mega connect 4 or mega Jenga with family and friends! Our lounge in the open space and catch some rays. If it gets too hot, take a dip in our above ground pool. Or after a hard day of play, soak those tired muscles in our lit-up hot tub. You can also cook a meal on our large, gas griddle. The house is equipped with central A/C and heat. Please DO NOT put below 70* for cool and above 68* for heat. There are smart TV in each room and the main living space. These TV's DO NOT have cable but are ready for you to log into any streaming service you have. Please be sure to return each remotes to the holder in the for the corresponding room. You are responsible for these remotes during your stay and there will be a $50 charge for each lost remote. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work. 4. One dog is allowed but only low shedding well behaved dog.. 5. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 6. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day. 7. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages. 8. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 68°F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit. We supply the first serving of coffee & water for your convenience as well as the essentials for example paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. after that it’s your responsibility.
