Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel sopratutto agli italiani: struttura datata , materassi duri come il cemento , doccia piena di calcare..colazione inesistente..cena un po’ meglio..concludo dicendo che il nord è poco turistico quindi non troverete chissà che ..

Un hotel con todo lo necesario para hacer feliz al viajero en Jaffna Habitación grande limpia y con todos los complementos necesarios El personal muy amable sobretodo el Sr. Kalum que te asesora sobre el tipo a escoger de comida pues en esta zona todos los platos son súper picantes y el que es el jefe de cocina comedor sabe el gusto según el país de cada huesped

A nice hotel with a good situation central in Jaffna. A big nice room fully equipped with everything you need. A nice comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The swimming pool is very nice. The restaurant was not so good as I expected. Standard breakfast and the orange juice was with water and lost all taste.

Stayed here for 2 days during my 24 day trip around Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with friendly staff, ate dinner in the hotel one night as i normaly eat out in local resturants, very nice dinner and nice breakfast. Grea big bedroom with nice large bed, nice clean bathroom as well. Would certainly recomend it to anyone.

Stayed here for 2 nights on my round trip of the island. My room was nice and large with a nice shower. dont eat in hotels on holiday if possible like to try local eateries which were v ery good. Look for ones with lots of locals in, allways a good reconmendation. Nice breakfast at the hotel. Staff fiendly and helpfull.

Clean environment and tasty beef curry. Recommend restaurant... Ordered the food and arrived quickly. Price also very reasonable. Friendly staffs. Carpark also Infront of the hotel with safety. Jaffna Tilko city hotel , I always visit to enjoy the my dinning.

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was very spacious, good amenities, tastefully designed. Staff were friendly & helpful. Special mention should be made of Niroshan & Yudesh - they were very helpful, nothing was too difficult for them to do. They arranged our city tour & our tuk tuk rides. We were made to feel very welcome & relaxed. The hotel is also very centrally located & only 5 minutes from the railway station which was very convenient for us as we travelled by train. Centrally located in Jaffna town.very clean rooms with attached bathrooms and nice airconditioners. Very conveniently located and the staff are very helpful and polite. The food was very taste this was the best value. Highly recommended

The crab curry we had at the hotel restaurant was superb. The restaurant staffs were very friendly and I was surprised by a birthday cake hosted by the hotel for my birthday.My wife,my friends and I were so touched by their great hospitality. The restaurant staff headed by Mr Gunaseelaan was so caring. My wife and I are looking forward to visit Jaffna again and will be staying here again.

This is a wonderful hotel: we had a very warm welcome, the rooms are comfortable, they have a small balcony too. The air conditioning works very well. there is a lovely pool that is open during the day. The gardens and birdlife are lovely. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful.

I have stayed in other hotels. It has been a pleasure staying in this hotel. Clean room, daily room service. Smiling faces at the reception. Services at the restaurant were good except the available menu. On the whole I can give four stars for the room snd tne services.

I stayed here for 1 week - the food at tilko hotel was amazing, and the place clean tidy— jaffna is def worth visiting- from this hotel ypu can have bbq on the nearby beach too . The shops are all around the corner - i travelled to the temple on a small boat and also visited trincomalee for 3 nights . The staff at the hotel are very friendly and keen to assist and help.

I had a wonderful time at TILKO Jaffna. The food and hospitality were at the highest standard. The ambience is very attractive, and the rooms are well-maintained.
