ITC 拉傑普塔納齊普爾豪華精選酒店(ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur)

Bellissimo hotel dotato di una grande piscina,tre ristoranti e un bar,il buffet della colazione è ricco e la pulizia delle camere impeccabile,per quanto riguarda i ristoranti abbiamo provato quello che offre cucine varie:indiana,orientale ed internazionale e abbiamo ***giato bene,abbiamo anche usufruito del bar per una tisana e un paio di volte ci è stata offerta.

Habitaciones espaciosas y modernas.’con algunos detalles de calidad. Nosotros habíamos pedido una habitación twin y no pudieron cumplir con el requerimiento, y terminaron colocando una cama adicional que no era muy confortable. El personal a veces no logra resolver las necesidades de los huéspedes, pero al menos lo intentan. El desayuno es regular, uno se va con Mich o olor a comida en la ropa. La ubicación es correcta, pero no es su atractivo principal.

Ottimo hotel, abbiamo soggiornato per due notti durante il nostro tour del Rajastan. Camera con ogni comfort, ben arredata affacciata sulla piscina. Buffet ricco e vario sia per la cena che per la colazione. Personale gentilissimo. Letto molto comodo.

It is completely a mess I don't have words to express it. Unfortunately I had made a reservation in ITC Rajputana giving then second chance already I had worst experience in ITC Grand Central, Mumbai. This hotel change chaim that they have a luxury hotel chain but with incompetence or untrained staff as well as ***agement. I had been to the hotel for check-in today with my friend. I am their silver member and I had make the reservation directly from my account. Mr Vijay had attended me I had provided all the my and my friend documents to his and signed all the documents as requested as per the guidelines of Government of India. Whereas they want the signature of my friend on hotel registration forms. I had apposed that I am your registered member then why you want my friend signature. He had call the duty ***ager Mr. Tam***y he say that it is ***datory otherwise we didn't give check-in and I said then canceled my reservation he refused to do the same. When they have unprofessional stuff at front deck then I can imagine that their house keeping and other staff are also unprofessional. I had contacted their ITC Center reservation help deck or support while standing in the hotel lobby it's also useless. I had made a call to them atleast I had signed the check in documents and if you denial the checkin then canceled my reservation. Just seen their hotel on app or website never make reservations. Check-in process must is short and easy as well as based on Government of India guidelines not on hotel group their own. Most important thing when you make reservations in the term and condition guidelines they have only mentioned the we have to bring documents and sign them as per the guidelines of Government of India. Their didn't mention that hotel registration or any such form is ***datory. ITC is a Indian Taboco company and I believe that they are master in ***ufacturing and marketing Taboco in India not in hospitality sector. This is the second worst experience.

Awful hospitality under the brand of ITC SO CALLED RAJPUTANA . Worst room service , food quality below average. No one care about customers ever after having gold membership of ITC. I am staying for a day with friends and forced them to stay in ITC as they are insisting for other hotel. AFTER HAVING FOOD IN ROOM. No one came to take the used plates from outside the room even after four hours. Luggage arrived after one hour in rooms. We asked for fresh glasses no one came from room service to deliver in the rooms even after reminders. We took package with lunch and food quantity n taste was seriously out of my words , I don’t have words even to explain the worst experience which I had here at lunch n during stay. One of us is not feeling good after having lunch at the jai Mahel restaurant. No one bothers of guest , we are four friends and out of four , three of us are members of ITC. Even then the staff is not helpful at all. A BIG BIG SHAME ON THE BRAND LIKE ITC NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY IN THIS USE LESS PROPERTY AND NOT EVEN ANY HOTEL OF ITC THROUGH OUT INDIA.

住宿體驗很棒，食物美味，非常乾淨，最好的部分是允許攜帶寵物...只有浴室需要翻新，我被告知正在翻新...位置位於市中心，總體來說是家庭度假的好地方

Lobby of this hotel is just gorgeous. One can have their best clicks at lobby and bar section. The best thing about this hotel is their staff. The staff is hidden gem. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable and amazing. Would love to recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget friendly and luxurious hotel.
