拉雅旅館(Hotel Raya Inn)

価格にしてはキレイめなホテルで、サービスも悪くなく、全体的に良い印象のホテルでした。

Outstanding customer service, care and compassion. We arrived late in the evening at the train station and were waiting for our Uber to arrive. We spent 20mins being harassed and intimidated by rickshaw drivers who refused to take no for an answer. We asked them to leave us alone but they did not. We felt very unsafe (male and female travellers). We saw the hotel and asked if we were able to wait there until the driver arrived. They welcomed us in and could see that we were feeling very overwhelmed with what we had just experienced. They brought over water and offered us to sit inside. We then decided that we would just prefer to be somewhere safe rather than risk more harrasment and asked for a room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and friendly. They were concerned about how we had been treated and went above and beyond to help make us (my wife) feel better. Could not have asked for a better check in experience with kind and caring staff. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for being so lovely.

WOREST HOTEL NEVER STAY THERE STAFF HAVE NO COURTESY WAS TOLD A DIFFERENT RATE ON CALL WHEN ARRIVED AT HOTET AT 2:20 am WAS TOLD A HIGER RATE DUE TO LATE NIGHT BY ON DUTY SO CALLED ***AGER SAURABH RATE WAS INCLUDING BREAKFAST WENT FOR BREAKFAST NO BUFFET TOLD IT WILL TAKE 25 MINS TO SERVE SIMPLE ALOO PRANTHA SO CALLED ***AGER HAD LEAVE WITHOUT BREAKFAST BY PAYING BILL WHICH INCLUDED BREAKFAST NEVER STAY IN THIS **********( HOTEL) SMALLEST ROOM WITH ON AMNIOCENTESIS FILTHIEST BATHROOM/BED/ PILLOW WAS A MISTAKE STAYING HERE

I visited this property almost every month. Location, Hospitality, food, staff behavior everything is perfect. When ever I come to this property I always love to meet all the staff members spl. Mr. Mahindra, and Mr. Vikram.

We had reserved the room for 14 Dec 2022 through one of the travel booking sites. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and as our train was delayed. We produced our IDs and gave the needful information to the so called " Hotel ***ager" at the reception. The receptionist asked all the members to give the phone numbers. On confronting that we have already produced the valid IDs and mobile number of Main guest, the receptionist started DE***DING all the contact numbers. On asking the purpose/ policy on the same, THE RECEPTIONIST BECAME AGGRESSIVE AND and DISREAPECTFUL. He also started making sarcastic remarks. We again stressed on knowing the hotel policy on producing all the contact numbers, he seemed completely BLANK and then agreed to accomodate us. However, his sarcastic remarks keep getting bad to worse. Finally we decided not to stay in the Hotel and left.

I have visited Jaipur ***** with my family on our Rajasthan trip in Oct'21. I booked hotel Raya inn well in advance. We booked two interconnected rooms. Pros: 1. Location is very good. The metro station is wakable distance. Railway station is just in front of the hotel. 2. Rooms: Rooms are neat and clean. The beds and upholstery were well maintained. 3. Service: Very good 4. Food: We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel. We also did not have breakfast in package. However, we ordered Parathas for breakfast on one occasion and they were good. Cons: Did not find any. We found the hotel really good for the price we paid.
