First we asked about room availability but they refused, after that when we checked online it was showing room availability, then we asked them again and they asked us for a higher charge online, then we did the online booking.

Poor service with average food, nice location around the property for time pass and other useful information

We stayed only for couple of hours, didn't try food. Smooth checkin checkout process, decent rooms, location is good

Service was bad, breakfast was very limited, i think they should remove breakfast from their hotel room service

It was only an overnight stay. The property was found through the internet. The hotel is new hence the fittings and laundry is quite fresh

Very good experience. Bedroom so clean and clear, bathroom are also clean and clear. Hotel staff very supportive. Over all experience is so nice

The 3. 5 star is misleading. Not only the deluxe rooms were stinky but also in bad cleaning state. No welcome kits like soaps in bathrooms. The blankets were used and dirty. Saw cockroaches on wall.

room was big and clean, bathroom was also clean. food are very expensive 😞 in tv, maximum channels are not subscribed. however i requested several times to subscribe one sports channel but staff ignored.

No shaving kit, No comb, No toothpaste. Very bad service...

The property location was on top notch… food of this hotel is delicious as well as staff’s behaviour is also fine….Highly recommended this place if you are visiting Jaipur

The stay was great. I had a pleasant time. All the staff was very cordial and services were great.

Dirty rooms poor service everything was dirty bad food, dirty towels, no electric cattle, don’t book in this price

Hotel and its all facility as well as meal is also good even though staff is also cooperative
