If you are planning to stay here then cancel your trip. There is no room service , manager is very rude, rooms are smelly and very small. Strongly advise to not stay at this hotel. The rooms are very small. Cannot even call this a hotel. 0/10 in everything

Location very good. Staff member was very polite and ready to help in every manner. Rooms were neat and clean and well maintained.

The stay was great. However the location is pretty far from the city. So keep that in mind while booking the place. Food is great!.

Staying at Uma Residency with my team was the worst decision ever. From the moment we checked in, things went downhill. The toilet flush didn’t work, and when the staff came to “fix” it, they only made things worse. The AC barely cooled, and the rooms were extremely small. To make matters worse, the atmosphere didn’t feel safe at all — a *** just stood at the gate late at night, staring and occasionally trying to talk, making it very uncomfortable for us as two girls. The lobby didn’t feel secure either, and the hotel staff did nothing when we raised our concerns. The next morning, we had some locally bought items with us, and the staff rudely said only luggage was allowed — not the extra bags. When I questioned it, the front desk bluntly said “not allowed” and told me to speak to the manager. The manager sided with them and coldly told us we could just cancel our booking. No courtesy, no empathy, no professionalism. We were forced to scramble and book another hotel just half an hour before our departure. Absolutely not recommended, especially for women travelers.

Overall I had a very good experience with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice. Also, the food provided was good. The staff provided a very good service. The location of the hotel was very easy to locate and was not conjusted. Even the fort and other locations are nearby to the hotel.

Awesome i stay for one night with my family and it's my best experience. It's really enjoyable, comfort, relaxation. Family rooms also awesome. you can stay with cafe family in a room. Balcony also available, wash room very neat and clean.all over me & my family experience is best in this hotel.

A well mannered staff. Best service provided especially by Upender Singh. Very cordially and excellent behaviour . Very comfortable rooms. Clean and hygienic environment . Good connectivity to all the tourist places like Amer fort, Jaigarh frt etc. Best of wishes to them.

Kukas is one of the industrial area away from jaipur city crowd where most of the reputed brands hotels have established. The hotel is very good budget friendly and value for money. Food quality is very good.
