The place truly lives up to its name of a palace, but its undone by unprofessional (or untrained) staff. CheckIn 🐢 CheckOut 🐢🐢 Housekeeping 🐢🐢🐢 In fact, the team there works in slo-mo mode. Breakfast spread was below average during our stay (checked in on 1st Dec and Checked out on 3rd). The Fish Tikka (during our dinner on 2nd) was superb, but the chicken biryani was exactly opposite. Overall an OK experience, that could've been much more better.

Must stay each and every staff at the hotel is courteous and smiling . We came there for an corporate event and we took almost 100 rooms .Though stay was for just one night but we thoroughly enjoyed the stay .All the arrangements were awesome .thanks The Palace Team .

Beautiful place,staff is excellent and extremely helpful and well ***nered. Food was outstanding and delicious. Beautiful ambience with modern and heritage style .our entire team had enjoyed the stay . Pool was extremely beautiful and water was clean

Beautiful property with one of the courteous staff .the staff is very helpful and accomodating .They welcomed us with welcome drinks which was a great relief in this hot weather.Though we were here for a one night stay to attend our company meet and must say all the arrangements were wonderful.food taste amazing and rooms had a wonderful view of the lawn .

Perfect place for corporate events . We attended our company’s quarterly conference and must say it is one of the best place for corporate events . Food was amazing aa the service . Front office was helpful and ***age to give the rooms early . Refreshing welcome drink was served on arrival .rooms are pretty spacious and well maintained.

We came here to attend our company meeting . Though it was a one night stay still we have enjoyed thoroughly. All the meeting arrangements were superb. Staff was helpful and always ready to help . Rooms are good , front desk was courteous and friendly
