尼爾巴納宮A喜來得水療酒店(Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel and Spa)

Heritage hotel with onsite restaurant. Rooms are clean but small and basics. Strange door lock system. We experienced several issues upon checking in which staff had trouble addressing due to lack of training and poor English skills. Staff not exactly helpful for assistance on transport and city experiences. Overall it is a basic budget no frills hotel with some character in a convenient location. Not the best option for western travellers for reasons above.

The photographs flatter the hotel. Some rooms are much better than others. The location is central but it’s easy to get taxis. The staff are very willing but don’t speak English, and the ***agement who do are disengaged. My biggest gripe is that I found out from a local that they paid about half the rate that I did, and I booked four rooms for five nights. This would have been good value at the Indian rates but for what we paid it wasn’t good value. Eg, Unlike the Indians we couldn’t easily ask for what we wanted for breakfast. Once I took the trouble, it was better. I hope the ***agement come to realise that this could be a perfect stay for foreign tourists. It would only require them to look at the experience with the eyes of a foreign tourist. I took the trouble to explain all the to the duty ***ager. I hope they improve their offering to foreign tourists or drop their prices to the Indian rate. Then I will happily recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour of India. Place has a really nice feel, quite a sanctuary from the busy streets of Jaipur given it’s so central. Lovely inner courtyard with swimming pool and nicely decorated dining room. Bedroom was fine with very comfortable bed and good shower. We had one dinner here which was a nice buffet. Good choice for breakfast too.

Nirbana Palace is a great budget hotel that tries hard to be 4 star. For the most part it succeeds being clean, friendly staff, characterful, colourful building with a swimming pool atrium. The family restaurant had some of the best Indian dishes we have had. The room was on the small side, there was some late night noise from outside and we had only one electrical point that worked with our converter which was awkward but overall we enjoyed our stay here and was very good value. Our waitress Neha deserves a special mention - she was delightful and very helpful.

Enjoyed my stay with my friends . Perfect place to stay in jaipur if you want to feel rajasthani culture and theme . Pool is the main center of attraction in day and night both time . Staff are very helpful and supporting . Rooms are very clean and hygiene

Family and friendly hotel in Jaipur . 5 out 5 to the property . Rooms are very clean and hotel too . Located in Center of the city walking distance to every place and famous market . Pool side area is the perfect place for the drink and food at the night time .

Rooms are superb. Perfect heritage hotel staff are very supporting. Located in the center of the city. Very easy to reach places and market. Pool side area is the perfect place in evening for dinner and drink. If you lookin for the stay in jaipur then it's the right place to stay.

Hotel overall was decent but nowhere near a 4* hotel standard. Rooms are very basic and not the cleanest. Food was ok and options are breakfast were limited. At the end of our stay we had an extra charge for a drink on our bill which wasn’t ours even when the signature didn’t match my own, they still wanted us to pay. Much better options when it comes to a 4* hotel, in my honest opinion based on where I’ve stayed previously in India and elsewhere this is definitely a 3* level hotel. Location of the hotel is really good and easily accessible and the city of Jaipur is wonderful.
