The door*** had a mustache that wrapped around his ears! Dressed in traditional outfit, and very nice guy. All the staff were nice. Room was very large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Buffett breakfast was ample. The hotel is impressive to look at and also nice to stay in.

Nice hotel, but unfortunately the smell was terrible. I woke up in the middle of the night becouse of that smell. For second night we got another room, and there were no smell. Location was not good, you coudn't go for a walk. Beds were uncomfortable.

staff was extraordinay! They even helped launch my kites during the Kite Festival and a sky lantern after dark. They seemed to be genuinely intent on pleasing the guest. My only disappointment was that most of the wall switches didn't control anything. I would definiitely stay here again .

Good customer service. The rooms are very comfortable, with no noise. The food was very delicious. Good for family holidays and friends' parties. If you visit Jaipur for holidays, Do visit the place to relax. Good value for money with a good ambience

My husband and I stayed here for one night while on our honeymoon. The hotel itself was lovely and quite luxurious. The staff were also accommodating. However we were greatly disappointed that our hotel room had an overpowering smell of the sewers. It was horrible to sleep breathing this in all night. Because of the smell, we will not be returning here. Very disappointing.

everything is just so amazing about this place..the food mainly is so delicious all the meals whether breakfast, lunch or dinner... the staff is sooo polite and helpful.. hospitality is good... and gives you a royal feel..
