Booked Hotel Silver Pride through MakeMyTrip and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, stinking, and completely unhygienic — nothing like the photos shown online. The bedsheets were dirty, linen stained, and clearly not changed after previous guests. The bathroom fittings were broken, water leaking everywhere, and to top it all, the toilet pot was yellow and disgusting. Found old cigarette buds lying around — that says everything about the so-called “cleanliness.” It was honestly impossible to stay even a single night in that condition. This kind of third-class property should not even be listed on MakeMyTrip. It’s shocking that a trusted platform is promoting such substandard hotels. I demand a full refund and strongly urge MakeMyTrip to inspect and immediately delist this property so that other customers don’t go through the same pathetic experience. This was not just disappointing — it was disgusting.

I stayed in hotel silver pride for 5 days with my family. My stay was very comfortable.This hotel is very near to Jaipur.Airport and all other tourist places like hawa mahal jantar mantar city palace albert hall jal mahal. I will recommend hotel silver to other guest.

Excellent service and well maintained hotel. The food was top notch and hygienic. Would definitely prefer staying here for all my future Jaipur trips.
