hi, i stay in room no.402on 24-25 nov23, 1]hotel staff and room services person and darban was so good, 2]bufet is just awesome. 3]room are clean and ,hotel is beatifully decorated.intererior is wow, 4]alltough the food we order in room for 2days are fine but need to be improve a bit, 5]they should place a note that hotel is under renovation, we got disturb whole day due to thak thak. 6]could not able to sleep due to one late check in at 12am and check out at 4am as the whole group is a gang of goons i think.late check are good but for atleat for family. they came distub us eat took a bath and left,whats our fault we pay full payment in advance so ...we awake whole night and left in the morning...they just said sorry.

Worst experience, very unprofessional staff, poor services, I recommend not to stay free if offer 😢 worst hotel of jaipur,staff don't respond, bathrooms are in bad conditions, only because of location people's stay for only one time, next time he nevers stayed

very rude behavior, I suggest not to go in this hotel. unless you are not satisfied beacuse they are not even talking to you and always rejecting the customers. so pls ensure offilne booking not to book from any other online sites.

We stumbled upon this hotel while looking for a place to sleep after arriving in Jaipur around midnight. What a nice find! Good value for the money you pay. Nice amenities, hot shower. Big, spacious rooms. Mostly clean (you have to take into account that it's India and things may be a little dirtier than in the West). The best, honestly, was the buffet breakfast. Wow! Selection was about 5 or so Indian dishes and all the typical continental breakfast options. Everything was so delicious though! Plus, staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The systematic way they handle the guests is just classic. We visited the place for 3 days stay at the city. They have in house dining and few activity areas. They provide parking. Best part is that they allow your pet child with you. There room services, food orders and laundry services are all perfect. Best part is the location, you will be at the center of the city and almost every thing is just minutes away. We enjoyed throughout our stay and would visit again if we visit the city.

This hotel is very much suitable for your all needs. Room is very much comfortable. Staffs are also supporting little bit professional. Breakfast buffet is reasonable and delicious. Game zone is appropriate for kids. You will get transportation very easily just walking distance. Hotel also provided pick and drop facility. I can say here that it is one of the my best finding near Sindhi Camp Station area Jaipur.

He de decir que después de 1 mes viajando por india, este fue el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos. Llegamos tarde a jaipur y en ningún hotel nos recibían o nos pedían un dineral, excepto en Arco palace, donde el trato fue increíble, nos dieron una habitacion con todas ls comodidades a un precio razonable, además de invitarnos a un te de bienvenida. Y que decir del buffet del desayuno, un 10, tanto la comida, como el personal, que estuvieron super atentos en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que se encuentra en una avenida donde se hace muy fácil conseguir cualquier tipo de transporte.Desde aquí, daros ls gracias por todo, si volviese a jaipur no dudaría en ningún momento en volver a elegiros como anfitriones.
